The most terrible attitude. I often come from Moscow, the employees are completely not customer-oriented.. I was with serious people, we decided to call here after Miranda, the same thing, they throw phones, they talk like grandmothers at the bazaar.

I use it repeatedly, and I was satisfied. The guys have never failed. The cars are clean, the driver is friendly, once again they do not bother talking, as happens in many taxis, but for me personally this is a big plus. What pleased me was that I called a taxi and within 7 minutes the car was called back.

I have never seen worse service!!!! I called a taxi at the address, the driver arrived at the wrong address that I indicated, as it turned out he could not drive up to the entrance in a Mercedes. There are no questions, if I had been driving myself, I would have come up, but I called a car for my mom who had a bag and she has a bad leg that she limps on. We have an excellent check-in to the house. My son has a Mercedes car, I have a Camry and we drive up to the house calmly. The whole house has 4 entrances and does not complain . And a taxi does not have such an opportunity. They only complain that they don't have a job , so they probably need to work. If you work in the service sector, serve as it should be, this is your job, and if you can't serve the client, then choose another job. And I would also like to note the boorish treatment of the operators. It seems that I'm calling them to borrow money. I have never been in such situations before, no matter which taxi company in the city I applied to. The first time I decided to try a Tornado, probably the last!
