Anyone who needs transportation please use another company! This one is awful!
I usually use another one but this time departure was more convenient.. it was a mistake! Driver was late and even stated screaming at me about seats in the car.. He used an argument that “I am the driver”..

If your life, safety and nerves are dear to you, never (!) use this service! We just literally miraculously got to Tbilisi alive. I haven't experienced such stress for a long time! The driver drove the car as if it was not a car, but a spaceship! We spent 80% of the way in the oncoming lane, even when it wasn't necessary. I overtook at high speed, seeing oncoming cars, or in turns when I couldn't see at all whether someone was there or not. I drove on a serpentine without slowing down on turns. At the same time, he talked on the phone all the way, and sometimes even wrote messages! In general, the horror!
In addition, the car was in a stale condition, the brakes periodically emitted a terrible whistle, the air conditioner did not work, that is, I had to go through all this hell in the heat and with the windows open.
In general, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe not all drivers there are like that, but you never know which one you'll get.

I would like to advise everyone not to contact this company. The cars are old.
The interior is tubby.
But the most important thing is that they require an advance payment, then they do not carry and do not return the money under the pretext that the client has a lot of luggage.
We were left in a toga with children and suitcases on the street.We had three carry-on bags the size of Aeroflot carry-on bags.
A bus arrived with a gas cylinder in the cabin and already loaded with some bags. We were denied boarding.

The most terrible and irresponsible company!
They took a passenger in Tbilisi from the House of Justice to Yerevan and dropped him off near the border because an Armenian came up and asked to get on the bus! I do not recommend this carrier, it is irresponsible!

I don't recommend it. Not a friendly company at all. Dangerous driving. When I reported dangerous driving to the office, they told me that they would drop me off on the road. They did not explain on what basis.
We haven't heard about responsibility and safety here. The driver goes about his business, drives friends.

This is the only organization that has one client. The operators are inactive and unaware of each other. One says 3,000 drams, the other says 5,000 drams. The driver immediately began to "present" to the person, allegedly he could no longer go with them, in a very unfriendly form. I have never seen such communication in Armenia in my life. I was also going to travel a little to neighboring countries, but with this company for nothing.
