There is excellent homemade real wine, excellent khinkali, and service in Russian. The atmosphere is not cool, the TV is always on. Salad with nuts and tomatoes is simply wonderful and affordable prices! There is a Wi-Fi

A dirty basement .. The bar is open, and all the local drunks periodically run into the basement to drink a glass or two, or even just rub up with the owner at the entrance. 🙈 We visited a couple of times, and each time they ‘screwed up’ the bill in our favor (it was 9.50 - they call it 10, the price is 6 on the menu - they say no, now it costs 7, the price has been forgotten). Such pettiness is off-putting, and the overall atmosphere is so-so, and the food is the most ordinary. 🤷♂️

It is very cheap here (as of September 24), for example, fries 5 lari, borscht 8, kharcho 10, khinkalka 1.2, homemade wine 3.5, although not everything is present from the menu
