They send a note on raising the marginal cost by order of the Minister of Energy No. 210 dated 06.06.2023, where the MAXIMUM standards for cities within Kazakhstan are clearly spelled out. The order contains a marginal tariff of 25.103 without VAT, with VAT respectively 28.12. And the bills were issued 36.91 tenge. They've become completely arrogant. In Burundi, the tariff was 29.57, and in the Nauryzbai district of Almaty it was raised by 47%. Where is the Antimonopoly Committee looking????? The work is below the baseboard.
