The Tauke Khan Plaza Hotel is a great place to relax and stay.
Firstly, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the city center, which allows you to quickly reach the main attractions and shopping centers. In addition, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby where you can have a delicious meal.
The room I stayed in was very clean and cozy. It had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help me with any questions or problems I had.
In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was very tasty and varied.

I liked it very much. Cleanliness, everything is new, responsive and unobtrusive staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and has a large selection.
There is a huge bed in the room, it feels wider in width than in length. For me, one of the advantages was a convenient location, again for me.
I was a little puzzled by the filling of the mini-bar. No, it's beautiful, a huge selection from cookies to wine and whiskey... There were even condoms present. So I was puzzled by them: why keep them in the refrigerator? It is clear that they have storage conditions from 0 to +30C (I looked at them specifically), but how to use them from the refrigerator? Maybe it's for very "hot" men.
Among the disadvantages, the windows did not seem to have sufficient sound insulation: a colleague was harassed at night by motorcyclists / motorcycle riders and other bikers running along the avenue, and my windows looked out on the other side - on the sports ground, and I had to listen to the screams of players and fans (although they did not scream in the dead of night).
But overall, the impressions are very positive. I recommend.

The hotel is located in the city center, but closer to the exit towards Sairam. There are a lot of places nearby where you can eat and drink coffee.
The hotel rooms are large, there is Wi-Fi. The cost of a standard room is 24,000 tenge per 1 night. 26,000 tenge for the comfort level.
There is a smoking room on the 3rd and 4th floor. There is a gym for training. The restaurant prepares delicious breakfasts.
Parking is small. There is an apartment right in the yard. It's like an apartment, but I didn't live there.
I recommend that guests of the city stay there.

The hotel left a great impression. I have already stayed several times for 2-3 nights.
The staff is friendly, the halls and corridors are beautiful and spacious. The rooms are cozy, thoughtful, clean, and comfortable. The sound insulation is good, no extraneous sounds are heard at night.
The bed, mattress and bed linen are of excellent quality, the pillows are also decent.
The room is cleaned and put in order daily, there are no complaints. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, spoons, cups and glasses. As a gift, 2 bottles of water. The mini-bar is full.
The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is new, in working condition. Very good lighting both in the room and in the bathroom. Towels are high-quality and clean, all accessories for showering, brushing teeth and small things are also available.
The location is a little far from the city center, but in principle it is decent. There are many restaurants, cafes nearby, and there is a small shopping center. 500 meters from the hotel there is Victory Park, small but cozy, a worthy place for walking.
Breakfast is not very attractive, but you will not stay hungry 😊
There is a gym, but it has not yet been possible to visit.

Very nice hotel! But the annoying thing is that at 12 o'clock in the afternoon they just get kicked out! We arrived at 5 a.m., and at 12 p.m. the calls from the reception began, saying that you leave the estimated time at 12, it turns out that you paid 35,000 in 7 hours. We decided not to be a guest there anymore! And so the hotel is top!

To be honest, there was a mixed opinion. The rooms are cozy, the furniture is new, everything you need is there, including toothbrushes and slippers. At the same time, the chair does not fit under the table, blocking the passage to the bed, there is no grid on the window - hello to mosquitoes, the walls are thin and the audibility is simply magnificent - every neighbor's alarm clock is yours. The corridors are coolly lit, but dimly - people with vision problems will be sooo uncomfortable. There is a restaurant - the breakfasts are good, we didn't try the usual food like that - the halal restaurant. The Garden of Eden across the street earned all the money. Yes, there is a lobby bar with a standard set of Bottled beer, but at the same time it would be possible to turn a sports channel on TV, and not a solid advertisement for the hotel. There is parking, but they won't let you in if all the places are occupied - they definitely won't let you in a taxi.

I am holding an event here for the 3rd time in 1 year, I rent hotel rooms, order a coffee break with meals, the hotel has already earned more than 1 million on me! As a result, they move into a room where the air conditioner does not work, can you imagine what the air conditioner does not work in Shymkent!!!!! Nothing has been fixed, the room is not ready to receive guests! There is an hour left before departure, we are sitting with the door open in the corridor, it is cold well 😀 The hotel owner apparently does not know how the staff appreciates such customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! We will find a place where we will be appreciated!!

Good day, dear guests of Shymkent, because I am also a guest of this beautiful city, I decided to stay in this wonderful institution, I liked everything! After leaving the hotel, I ordered a dish from their restaurant (kazan kebab) as I thought it would be cooked well, BUT they brought it......... 80% the dish consisted of bones... I contacted the restaurant administration, to which I was told to wait one minute and until today I have not heard an answer...... it is a pity when not competent employees lower the rating of the institution in the eyes of their guests...

Mmm, well, one HUGE minus. Mattress. It's just reinforced concrete. Tough as hell. If you sleep, then only with pillows under your knees. Really, my coccyx still hurts. The water goes bad periodically. Room cleaning is lame, there should not just be a replacement, but the palace should also be cleaned of a huge amount of black hair, apparently those who lived there before. I am not writing in reproach, I want you to listen. It's still an image. I didn't go to breakfast, I can't say anything here. Four straight. Not terrible, but not perfect either.
