5. You can order food, but the prices are higher than those of competitors
If you want a place to hang out, we recommend that you rent a house from them and make noise until the morning, and return in the morning
If your goal is tourism, we do not recommend it - in the case of parties on this day in neighboring houses, then keep in mind that the audibility is good, it is unlikely to be possible to relax

On Saturday, the hostess of the Tauhaus house refused us beshbarmak, citing the duration and complexity of the preparation. She made us pilaf. The pilaf was dry, only the meat was tasty. At the next table, another group was eating besh. The house was rented for 10 people. The beds in the house are as "orthopedic" as possible - a very thin mattress, very firm to sleep on. And there are a lot of spiders in the house. There is no toilet paper.
On Saturday morning, breakfast was not served at the agreed time, the hostess served breakfast 30 minutes later, blaming us for everything, while not even laying the battered table. After she started rushing us, like the driver is already waiting for Kaindy and we need to hurry up and so on. All this is in a rather rough form. They asked me to cook lunch, and the answer was "no, eat at a roadside cafe."
Part of our company did not go to the Kaindy and returned from a walk to the house to wait for the company on the tapchan. The hostess started kicking the guys out, like the check-in time was already over, our cars were taking up space, and so on. The guys offered to pay for the tapchan, and received the answer "not everything in this world can be bought."

Our story with this antigesthouse began with food, 3 hours before arrival, we asked the hosts to cook lunch for a company of 10 people, chose beshbarmak. To which the female hostess replied that it was tedious and long??? How can this be? Okay, we chose pilaf. In general, if you do not take the fact that the neighboring company on the cot still received a beshbarmak, and we pilaf with identification at 2 o'clock, the pilaf was not bad. That we were fed and thank you for that.
After dinner, we agreed with the hostess on a transfer to Kaindy Lake (throws her 5-10 thousand tenge to the driver's price), she agreed with a well-known driver who was supposed to arrive in the morning at 7.30, departure at 8. Therefore, we agreed that breakfast should be 7.10-20..

Being completely at a loss, we reminded this character that the driver was waiting, solely because of the delay in breakfast. To which she replied in a very customer-oriented manner: "You should have gotten up earlier and gone to the kitchen to rush me!"... Before booking
the hotel, we agreed that we leave the house early in the morning, put things in cars, leave cars in the parking lot on the territory of the antigesthouse.
As a result, the guys from one of the cars returned earlier from their program and wanted to wait for everyone in the CAR, standing in the parking lot of the complex. To which the same woman replied that it was impossible to stand just like that.. and in general, hurry up to leave.
My friend, at first, wanted to pay for parking, but she refused. As a result, she was informed that we would give a real review about the place, the service and all the nuances, to which there was an answer, a quote: "Your bad answers won't change anything anyway"
I think that after these words, people planning to stay in the Tauhouse place in the village of Saty will draw appropriate conclusions and think carefully about entrusting their accommodation to such people. I personally highly do not recommend this antigesthouse.
