On the one hand, a pleasant atmosphere, music, design, a good selection of breakfast menus, quiet and peaceful.
On the other hand, most of the menu was missing (neither pancakes nor cheesecakes, for which I came), they did not agree to make an omelet without yolks, the taste of the rest of the food was 3+, and chairs with uncomfortable backs were still. Black tea is completely tasteless.
In general, it could be better.

IT'S A FAILURE!!!
Damn, it's just a disaster. We went there quite often, since our children's kindergarten is nearby = every other day... and then the last time happened))) One day we ordered 2 open and closed omelets and 2 Americanos. It seems like nothing unusual, but it wasn't there. After 15 minutes, Americano was brought, pre-pouring it with boiling water directly from the coffee machine = completely burning it to taste Infernal bitterness. Then we waited for the omelet. After another 15 minutes, when the coffee came to an end, my omelet was brought and I, like a gentleman, waited for my wife's omelet, so as not to eat alone in front of her... when we realized that the orders that were placed after us were ready, we called the barista/waiter and asked where the second omelet was??? Seeing the lenses fall out of our eyes and the jaw drop, we realized that everything was bad, but the carbohydrate window was already wide open... the girl assured that the omelet was about to be brought, not admitting that they had simply forgotten about it. As a result, when breakfast was carried for more than an hour from the moment of ordering, we said that we were already starting to be late, we were offered to wrap it up))))
And after an hour and 10 minutes, they bring us a hellishly hot amlet, with liquid boiling cheese inside and a minimum of ingredients... THIS IS A FAILURE!!!
Bottom line: coffee is terrible! I ate my omelet cold, and honey ate a boiling closed caprese omelet without pesto ...
P.S. a girl came up to us and said that this would not happen again = she is absolutely right, we will never be there again!!!

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. Tortillas and sandwiches are probably the most delicious. Eclairs are super beautiful, but I haven't been able to try them yet. Of the cons: alternative milk is only oatmeal, I would like a variety.

A pleasant place with a good style and interesting positions on the menu (for which I give two stars).
The level of service is close to zero!
The barista is unfriendly and dull, does not know the menu, is absolutely not attentive to the preferences of regular visitors.
It feels like your real barista asked someone from the street to stand while he runs away on business. But the real barista never returned, and the man from the street learned how to brew drinks, and stayed forever.
Teach the barista how to work or change it, then I'll add two stars 🙏
Add sugar-free sweets and more vegetarian items, then all 5 stars will be available.
It is a very pleasant place, it is a pity that such an attitude of the staff.
