Interesting positions of Kazakh cuisine. The food is amazing, and everyone is crazy about the taste. I would especially like to highlight the Horsemeat in the listed sauce. However, there were questions about each dish: sugar was not brought (heavy), flatbread was not brought to one dish (then it was brought, but without butter, as indicated on the menu), and waffle tubes were added to the coffee. To another remark about the lack of waffle tubes, PAPER drinking tubes were brought. There is a feeling that the staff is absolutely not customer-oriented, they do their work carelessly... and this is at 15% for maintenance instead of the usual 10%... I am writing a review with the hope that the management will improve the service, because the dishes are great. We visited the branch in Almaty - everything is great there, no questions asked

The food is quite decent, the place itself is a good alternative for those who stay at your hotel and do not want to have dinner there. Beautiful view of the lake. One of the disadvantages is that the staff cannot remember the order and explain the contents of the dish. Also, they constantly pass by your table when dirty dishes are piling up there. There were two times - once the dishes accumulated in three rows, the waitress looked at the table and ignored it.

As beautiful as the interior is, the service is so poor. The table was not cleaned for us after the previous guests. Half of the dishes on the menu were not available. Salt and pepper alone for the whole restaurant!!! I didn't have time to add salt, as they had already been taken away from me for other clients. The waiters never came up to us on their own, while they were sorting through what to eat from the menu, each time we had to get up and go to the bar. I can't imagine how much money was invested in this restaurant, but the people here have no idea what kind of service it is. It's unbearably sad. I don't want to go back.

The building is beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the service is very slow, and it is unclear why the 15% fee is included. We ordered hot chocolate and a milkshake, and it took 45 minutes to prepare them. The quality of the drinks turned out to be ordinary, which is puzzling — what has so much time been spent on? The tubes were brought only 10 minutes later, and I had to look for a spoon on my own, turning to the waiters. There were plenty of visitors, but the place was not crowded. It is unclear why the waiting time is not specified in advance, especially for such simple orders. In general, it is unclear why the institution requires a tip of 15%.

I was in this hyped, i.e., advertised in reviews place in November 2024. In terms of the view and so on, it's great, although the windows on the second floor could be rubbed better considering that people come there for the views. Streaks can be seen in the sun. We'll go up to the cafe difficult, until you get up, you'll get soaked in seven sweats and you'll want to eat. Next, I asked the waiter if there would be soup in broth or if it would be chopped ingredients in water with a drop of oil. He assured me that there would be broth. He brings soup and there's a little bit of noodles in a lump and three pieces of chicken)) and of course there is no broth, water with olive oil. It's just a shame for the money. Then I ordered the second one The waiter did not warn that it would be cooked for 30 minutes and eventually asked to put it with him and left At the same time, I told the admin that the soup was not delicious and the reaction was well, they put some tubes in your mouth as an apology) I actually dreamed of eating delicious food here after reading the reviews. Thanks later, one of the waiters honestly said that they simply forgot about my second course - this only confirmed the bottomless level of this institution. As a result, when I ate the second one, it was dry, dry potatoes and mostly dry meat, just terrible. It's good that I didn't throw it away and fed it to the dogs in the parking lot. Do not take anything but coffee in this cafe, so you will definitely not be disappointed. It is better to eat tasty and not expensive after the lake in some village. It's a pity that I now have the most terrible memories from visiting this place in general, not only about the cafe.
