I really liked the hotel, the price and quality match. It was clean and cozy, but it was very hot. But it's better than freezing. Very friendly staff. It smelled very good when we checked in, I wanted to buy it, but the receptionist told us to treat us) It seems like a small thing, but it feels so good!

I've been to this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the room temperature was warm, it was even hot. There was water in the cooler, + breakfast, the staff was polite, especially Gulsum. She was very pleasant and calm in conversation. She explained how to get to the center and called a taxi.

The room is spacious, clean, but there are big problems with hospitality. There is no hair dryer, the administration at the reception is very impolite of all the staff, only one pleasant employee. The room is very cold, they refused to fix it. We often visit Aktobe, but we will never come to this hotel again. There are no alternatives for breakfast at all, they give one dish before the fact and that's it. It doesn't matter if you eat it or not.
