Honestly, the tanuki has deteriorated a lot. It's the kitchen and the service. the waiters are a little lost / you ask the same thing several times, they forget about you. the admin is the same. They didn't greet me properly / didn't take me to the jackets / didn't take me to the table. You came in, you're on your own here.
The food is either not enough salt, or too much. The food came a little cold and tired, not fresher than before. They even brought cold cheese sticks. Salads/snacks are also usually brought first, but the food was brought a little out of order, it's illogical.
We used to eat here a lot / celebrate our birthday. I don't think we'll go back now, because there really is a difference, unfortunately not for the better.
There is very little space in the wardrobe. Jacket on jacket. No one helps in the wardrobe.
It's great that they put a children's zone)) and our waiter Nurlan is wonderful, he guided the food / brought some kind of cheese roll for the review, it was nice. The kids liked the roll. He's probably one of the few waiters who was interested in our evening. Thanks to him.
The admin is completely AFK, it feels like we've annoyed her.
