Excellent cafe, the food is hearty, tasty, healthy. There is also my favorite dish rolls, respect for that. Well, the staff is great, the building is great, everything is fine. However, during rush hour, well, there are sooo many people, you need to arrive earlier. And the expectation can be corrected. And so everything is top!!

Today we went to dinner at your posh place!
We were greeted by a nice girl, the room was full. We got the waiter Ruslan, very attentive, but not intrusive, nimble and cute. The order was prepared for 20 minutes. Excellent lagman, delicate Sebastian cheesecake and a fragrant pot of tea! I came home, there are no kebabs. The angry one came back, went to the counter, everyone was busy, on their phones, and angrily shouted at them why they hadn't reported the kebabs. They made a fuss, they were lying on the delivery table. They gave it away. No apologies, nothing. I'm shocked.

I really like to eat here with my friends. I choose your place when I want to eat delicious food. But the last 3 times, I want to choose the words... there are so many staff in the hall, and one person takes the order, respectively, confuses our order and we sit for an hour without food, when hot dishes are already served to others who came after us. They just forgot about us. Another case, there are no napkins and forks on the table, they asked for a fork, the guy just went to the kitchen and we waited for 5 minutes until I called another, as well as then with a cup of tea, asked one, left, and the second was in no hurry to give it (please note, there was an incomplete landing in the hall) sorry, but I just don't understand why, with so many staff, the service is so lame, and it's not clear why another waiter simply can't serve a fork or a cup. It wasn't a mess before. Accept this criticism not as rudeness, I just want to come here always and that it would be equally good, but already the last few times, it's just unpleasant.
P.S. I work in the service sector myself. Guys, waiters, if you are reading my review, my advice is that if you want to work hard, you need to work as a team ✊🏼

We decided to look at the second establishment from the same brand. the waiter tells us that it's all in a tandoor, But in fact it's all cooked in the oven. They said that samsa's readiness after 20 minutes, as a result, we sat for 35 minutes, the waiters did not think to carry this dish to us, after that we went to pay at the cashier for Tashkent tea, which was completely, let's say, not Tashkent, and to which the cashier told us that they did not have a tandoor name just to create the impression of oriental cuisine that the male originally had they are cooked only in the oven and that it is still not there, although it has been 35 minutes and it is still unknown when it will be cooked in the second institution between Dzhambula and Abaya in the cafe itself there were terribly annoying flies they prevented us from drinking tea the waiters do not know the menu at all in general the impression is terrible completely disappointed me this institution told the cashier that I would definitely I will leave a bad review because the name does not correspond at all to the cuisine or any other basics of oriental cuisine
