Food was not good. Ordered fried apple with ice cream in which fried apples were cold and soggy and ice cream was runny... Which they later replaced with gulab jamuna, which was even worst. Our MTR and Gits gulab jamuna are even way more tastier than them.

We were at a restaurant with my daughter. The cuisine is authentic. Everything is delicious and fragrant. Ice cream made from melted milk is beyond praise. Level service. The receptionist and the waiters are very attentive.

Not bad, but for me the prices are too high for a fairly average portion size. Thank you for not being too spicy by default, as it happens in Indian establishments. Overall, not wow, but quite solid.

I was here with an Indian colleague, he even spoke to the owner in Hindi during the ordering process. He said that of course it is not 100% like in India due to the fact that the products are local, but as close as possible to the original. It's amazingly delicious if you know what you're ordering. There is some Indian style inside, but it can be done better. It's a pity that this is the only place like this in the city, apart from a couple of tiny places on the food courts.

We were with the family yesterday, in the evening. A big minus for the institution or this restaurant. The staff hid in the dining area from the cold. The hall is cold, isn't it possible to put heaters on? People are sitting in their clothes and eating. Is this normal or something? Are they saving on heating? Then why did they open a restaurant?They ordered tortillas - they brought them, the bottom was all burnt, was they cooking on the water?
If you have opened, especially a restaurant - then be kind, make the service and accommodation normal, and not through one place!

It's delicious! The staff is professional, the dishes are large and hearty. The only moment that slightly overshadowed the impression was the sharpness of the dishes. The average level of acuity on the first and second visits to this institution was very different. The first time it was really medium-sharp, and the second time the average level was sooo sharp. I don't know why it happened. Let's try to go and try again. Otherwise, everything is great.

There is really no good Indian restaurant in Almaty and this one also falls into this category in my opinion. The service is not at the level, you always need to remind the staff that there is actually a guest at the table and you need to pay attention.
