Hi!
The result of using the tandoor for several months:
Positive:
1. The taste of meat cooked in tandoor
2. The ability to cook several dishes in one cycle:
a) when lighting a tandoor using a cauldron/ saj.
b) baking meat in a heated tandoor.
3) Ease of ash removal (we have a funnel-shaped bottom)
4) Included: case, poker, skewers, ash ladle, ash tray
5) 5-7 logs are required for cooking in summer (for dishes in a cauldron + barbecue)
6) Cute
Minuses:
1) maybe the price, but it's a great mobile alternative to the oven
2) weight - 2 people are needed to transfer
From the recommendations:
1. Purchase a multi-tiered grid - it is convenient for baking fish, vegetables, and large pieces of meat. We use it even more often than skewers.
2. A stand for a cauldron / saj will be useful if you plan to cook dishes over an open fire.
P.S. When delivering the tandoor, there was a shortage - there was no holder for skewers. I had to go to the warehouse. As a result, we received a free bonus from Oleg - a hook for baking meat.

После покупки тандыра не представляю как жила без него раньше. Шашлык, курица, лепешки... список можно продолжать бесконечно. Все с ароматом дымка. Дольше протопить тандыр, чем приготовить в нем еду. Хотя и то и другое не требует затраты моего времени. Спасибо за канал на ютубе, именно он подтолкнул на покупку тандыра.
