We had a rest in November. I was almost unlucky with the weather and could not swim at sea. The pool at the hotel helped out. The water is warm, the pool is clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel grounds are clean, the rooms are clean (room cleaning on a daily basis), bed linen and towels are changed once every 3 days.
There is a sauna on site, you can warm up and combine this pleasure with a swimming pool.
The kitchen is shared, clean, all the dishes are there. It can be fried, steamed and boiled.
The only negative is the blackout throughout Abkhazia. In Gagra, they turned off in the morning and in the evening from 18 to 20:00, there was no light in the rooms, but there was light in the kitchen. While there is no light, you can have dinner or swim in the pool.
You can also book excursions at the reception, which is very convenient.
The water is hot and cold without problems. The sound insulation is good, you can't hear the neighbors.

We had a rest from September 1-10. A wonderful hotel! We booked two rooms online. Everything turned out to be better than in the photo. Wonderful staff works in this place! A friendly team!!!! Everything is as it should be!
I liked the rooms. Clean and cozy. There is everything you need! Cleaning was done every day. Change of linen. Towels for the shower and separately for the pool! There is a hairdryer in the room.
The territory of the hotel is large and spacious. The pool is clean and warm. In the evening, the pool is beautifully illuminated. There are sun beds, tables and umbrellas nearby.
The kitchen is spacious. There is everything you need for cooking. The kitchen is cleaned twice a day. It's very clean and nice to be there. No one bothers anyone.
There is quiet music on site.
The hotel is located in a beautiful quiet location. Beautiful view of the mountains! (There is of course a railway nearby. But I want to say that the train passes a maximum of once a day, which does not create any convenience. On the contrary, the children waved at him, and then signaled back to them! It was fun!) the hotel is located from the sea on foot in 20 minutes at a calm pace. It didn't bother us. We always try to book away from the sea. Quiet and clean air.

We were here in March, found it on maps and estimates. Excellent hotel, clean, cozy, pleasant staff. The room is small, but it's great for two or one. There is a shower in the room, a balcony, TV and Split.
I was very pleased with the heated swimming pool in the courtyard and the sauna. We got really high, had a rest. The sauna is 1000 rubles an hour, and the pool is free for guests. The only minus is perhaps a power outage in Abkhazia 2 times a day and the kitchen in the courtyard of the hotel is shared. It would be great to make more rooms - apartments with a kitchen, a little more expensive, but more convenient, more comfortable)

You can lower the film from the wind or rain from the street. The pool is closed for the night. The view from the window to the beautiful mountains. It takes 10 -15 minutes to the sea , but the embankment was turned around by a storm from 23g . Everything is broken up there. The market is also nearby and other shops too.

Well, what can I say. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, so if you like to walk in the heat in the evening, this is your option. The road is colorful through people , buildings and shops. The advantages are the mountains under your nose and perhaps that's all.We settled right on the 1st floor opposite the reception.
The room is small, there is no balcony, you open the window and you hear everyone who is sitting in the smoking room and just people, sometimes yelling and music. Wifi DOES NOT CATCH AT ALL, we went outside or into the corridor. The TV is also a park of channels and I didn't figure out how it works. I traveled all over Abkhazia, many cities and where I lived. I rented for a couple thousand a day and the living conditions were better, the rooms were bigger and the sea was 500 meters. And here for 3 nights there are 12,000 pieces of storage 10 minutes from the sea. The prices, I would say, are greatly inflated. There is a Basik on the territory and a sauna, like, but I didn't go. For that kind of money, you can find a better one. Probably Gagra.

Secondly, she was not always in place and when checking in, guests always knocked on our door because our room was the nearest one! Secondly, when guests check in, he talks arrogantly, arrogantly! There is nowhere to buy even water. But there is very tasty water from the well on the territory of the hotel (ask at the reception). We went to the sauna for an hour (1000 rubles). I liked it. It would be great if the sauna was free and you could walk at any time, without reservation) The only place where you can eat nearby is a Turkish cafe on the way to the market. We do not like to cook, so there is a good Turkish restaurant near the hotel, where it is delicious and not expensive. There is also a market, shops and other restaurants, a pharmacy, and a beach nearby. Convenient location, you can take a minibus from PSOU and walk a little.

We chose a hotel on one of the popular sites. The hotel is not far from the railway, but it didn't bother us.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, the sea is not visible, only the mountains, there is a balcony, dryer, air conditioning, slippers.
The room is very small, the bathroom is cramped, there are hygiene supplies.
There is no safe, there are no bathrobes, two blankets and one duvet cover, which is not the right size, there is not enough small light above the bed, and the rug is very cold floor.
Payment for the room is only in cash or by transfer, cards are not accepted.
At the reception you can buy wine, souvenirs, book excursions.

The air conditioner is inoperable, fortunately my husband is engaged in air conditioning, they washed it, asked for a new remote control, not from him at all and could not find another one. Downloaded the app and used it via the phone. But the night had to freeze. With the TV, too, problems, softened. The walls are just all fucked up, terrible. In the bathroom, everything is fungal, literally everything. The room refused to be changed, although more than half was empty. Hurtful. Strange prices. One price today, 700 rubles more expensive tomorrow, the same room, although it's not a weekend. So intelligibly did not explain why. Strange. The kitchen is generally a fear. The microwave oven does not wash at all, at all. It is not possible to approach it, it smells like a garbage dump. Nightmare. Refrigerators are generally silent, kick-ass. The laundry area is also a smoking room. Things are dried immediately.
Impressions are spoiled for away.
If it's clean to live and swim in the pool, then maybe, but not with children.

Everything looks very good on the site, but in reality it leaves much to be desired. We checked in on a day when there was no light due to a natural disaster. But, after that, it lasted until the very end of the rest, the water was constantly turned off and there was no light, also with Wi-fi. The room was small. The cleaning was very bad. There was no cleaning schedule. They could just barge in without any warning. The bed linen was not changed.

Cons - there is no infrastructure nearby, but you should understand that a hotel of this level closer to the infrastructure will cost other money. As it was, it wasn't difficult for us to walk back and forth and return by taxi. A good, not bad, beautiful view of the mountains (depending on which side you will be settled). It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There will be a market on the way to the beach. There is a railway a couple of meters from the hotel, but it does not provide any amenities at all. It is almost inaudible (and trains rarely run and there is good noise insulation).

There is a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, we did not use it, but it is there and this is a plus, a washing machine. It's a quiet place, the train probably runs 4 times a day, maybe more, but it didn't bother us. I recommend it!
