A great place for a promenade. The view of the Baltic Sea at sunset is amazing. I visit at any time of the year, day and in any weather.

The building is magnificent. Without a doubt, one of the attractions of the city. It's funny that the modern Estonian government is not able to keep him in a normal state. Meanwhile, inside there is a huge concert hall for several thousand people and a marina complex built for the Olympics 80. As a result, there is no money to disassemble, and no money to maintain. The building looks like it's after the end of the world. But that's his romance.
