A good hotel, Parking is paid 150 rubles a day, breakfasts are 400 rubles, but the portions are large and delicious. We went to the canteens for lunch and dinner, they are nearby and the prices are cheaper and there is more choice. The staff is friendly, like the reception, like the rest. The room is clean, everything works, the sea is 100 meters away, but the only access to the sea after the rain turns into a huge puddle, which had to be bypassed on the edge, this is certainly not a question for the hotel, but they could sprinkle something. In general, we were satisfied, there is a table near the room in front of the entrance and downstairs at the cafe where you can sit and drink wine in the fresh air. I'll bet 5. I liked.

I'll start with what I liked.
The hotel is fresh, well renovated, the appliances in the rooms are also fresh, the air conditioner works perfectly, digital TV and the Internet, especially the Internet is beyond praise!
The walls are deaf, you can't hear the neighbors, and the sea is really 5 minutes away at a slow pace!
My wife and I were given 2 room keys, which is very convenient, there are also beach towels in the rooms, you can not take them with you from home.
Now I'll start to underestimate the degree of pleasure a little.
If you are traveling by car, keep in mind that there is no parking on the territory of the hotel, there are several places behind the fence and it seems even for money.
In the cafe on site you can have breakfast and lunch and dinner, but the breakfasts there are only complex, for example : tea, instant coffee to choose from, scrambled eggs, 2 eggs, a small bowl of porridge, and 3 pancakes with condensed milk for a total of 400 rubles. / person, but most importantly, these breakfasts are always standard, boring.
In the description of the room it was written that they say cleaning every day, linen change every three days.
It's a lie.
Daily cleaning takes place as follows:
A woman comes to the room, changes the foot towel, takes the garbage from the toilet room and leaves an extra roll of toilet paper, that's it.
Regarding the change of linen, we were there for 11 nights, the linen was changed 1 time.
What I didn't like.
The water goes out very badly in the shower, and at first it might seem that this is a malfunction, and it is fixable, but looking closer, I saw that the drain was specially sealed with tile glue from the inside so that the water flow was slowed down.
I understand why this was done, because for sure there are fans of standing under the shower for an hour or two after returning from the beach, but it won't work out here, thus saving water consumption is solved, this is understandable.
But I'm sorry, just taking a shower, standing ankle-deep in soapy water and all that I washed off....well, this is ...

If it wasn't for the problem with the shower and the lies with the cleaning, I would have put 5, the place is actually quite good, friendly staff, but what is there is.

The hotel is modern and fresh. Very close to the sea. The pool is small, but it is a paradise for children while their parents are relaxing in the room.
The room is cleaned every day (if the sign is hung on the handle of the front door), towels are also changed every day (if dirty ones are put on the floor). The hotel's cafe serves delicious food.
Breakfast is 400 rubles, we took one for two, as it is large. They make delicious cocktails.
Two large modern dining rooms are located next to the hotel, but we didn't like the food there, it was tasteless.
Parking is paid 150 rubles per day. But it is better to put it there than to leave it on the street near the hotel, as cows walk and hot Caucasian guys drive at night.
There's a generator in the hotel, in case the lights go out. This is relevant for Abkhazia. Once, after a thunderstorm, they turned off all over Abkhazia, but everything worked in the hotel.
You can watch anything on TV, set-top box. We used to watch movies on YouTube sometimes.
The staff is helpful, they will help with any question.
There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, but for a fee.
We were lying in the shade of the pines.
That's all right - the hotel, the sea, but outside the hotel there is no service, no entertainment, no good restaurant.
I think this is our last trip to Abkhazia, as prices are already almost on par with Sochi

The hotel is very cozy with a small well-maintained territory! The photos from the site's gallery are absolutely consistent with reality. The most important plus is the magnificent pebble (small and medium pebbles) beach with an amazing sea in 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel gate. The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen/towels is good. The administrators are helpful and friendly. In the early mornings, roosters are singing and local dogs are talking! I couldn't get used to sleeping to these rustic sounds for a very long time! I'm so used to the noise of the city. Delicious dishes are prepared in the cafe. We didn't go to breakfast (we got used to a couple of sandwiches in the morning), but after the beach we regularly had lunch in a cafe. The rooms have good furniture, good plumbing, air conditioning, kettle and cups, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV. They give out a beach towel, there is a dryer for things. The only thing was that there was no safe in the room, but all the things were in place! The territory is closed and everyone has their own. The staff does not need the trouble of being out of work during the season at all. The WiFi is working stably. I am very pleased that it was quiet in the evenings. No karaoke booze /,, parties and discos. But if someone needs a drive, then the road to either Pitsunda or Gagra is quite fast and comfortable - taxis, buses, minibuses run. The hotel is located in a quiet and green quarter! There are a lot of shops, cafes and canteens nearby, there is a small mini market of vegetables and fruits for one seller. You can always buy good fruits (melons, peaches, grapes, figs, watermelon - something local, something imported). There are many points of excursion companies. The most wonderful thing is the sea! Very clean and very warm! The beach is wide enough - you can find a place in the shade of pine trees (but you need to come early). There aren't many people. No one bothers anyone in the water. We didn't have a problem with shade on the beach - we took a beach tent. There are catamarans, saps on the beach, they ride on a banana. The sea in the bay is always calm, the waves are very small. The entrance to the sea is comfortable and gentle. There are no problems with aquashouses at all. The bay also hosts fees for boat trips (to Mussera by boat to Stalin's dacha or just go for a ride and swim in the open sea). We hope to come next year.

Nice hotel! The rooms are spacious with a balcony. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning.. Daily cleaning service. We had a rest at this hotel (26.08-05.09.2024).Nice modern hotel. The infrastructure is well developed, the engineering idea is perfectly embodied. but! there are nuances. The rooms are nice and cozy.Room cleaning, especially floor cleaning is terrible. And more....the mattress on the bed is an ordinary spring mattress, as in the USSR, and not orthopedic. If the owner takes care of these shortcomings, then the rest at the hotel will be comfortable.
For the same money (8500r/day), it is more comfortable in neighboring hotels (where breakfast is included).
Most likely, this is an extreme trip to Abkhazia, for the money spent you can relax comfortably abroad, where everything is included.

A great new modern hotel. The rooms are bright and spacious, have everything you need, plus air conditioning and a refrigerator. The territory is not the largest, but it still fits a swimming pool with several sun loungers, a couple of tables under awnings on the street. There are also tables along the rooms on the floors, you can work/smoke /have a snack. There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can eat from morning to evening. The sea is 50 meters away, which is of course very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is almost homely. But you need to keep in mind that the rooms "with mountain views" overlook the road, which is extremely close. And there are pedestrians, cows, local racers) So we slept with the windows closed and the air conditioner turned on. And in general, a very pleasant experience of the hotel!

Recently returned from this hotel.
I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, good bathroom, water pressure is even too good.
The room has a kettle, glasses, towels + beach towels.
White bed linen.
The sound insulation is also good. We went to bed early because of the time zone, we didn't hear what was happening outside.
They said the pool was heated, but I didn't understand that. It was cool. But it's September, too. It can be like this for a long time.
The sea is very close.
The breakfast is very hearty. 400₽/person..I have never finished it)
Who goes, try their pies. Insanely delicious.
All the staff is friendly, they will always help and tell you.

Super, we had a rest in August 2024, clean, cleaning every day, white bed linen, the menu in the cafe is not very diverse, but very tasty. The breakfast is quite large - for 2, the Ossetian meat pie and eggplant salad are very tasty. The sea is just around the corner, the location is more than good: a cafe, a quiet beach under the pines, and sun beds for only 100 rubles a day. Opposite is a store with everything you need. The sea is beautiful and clean. The pool is being cleaned on site.

What can I say - a good hotel.
Not big, clean, tidy, nice rooms. There is no chic and kitsch, but this is a hotel by the beach and not very bad.
Among the advantages - the house of the sea is 1 minute, its own small swimming pool, closed territory, reception, breakfast in a cafe, working TV with a large selection of channels, excellent Internet. There are places to store your boots, mattresses and other beach joys.
Nearby there are several grocery stores with reasonable prices, guys with pizza and chebureks.

Our hotel is close to the border. It took about forty minutes to get to Ldzaa. A bright, cozy mansion surrounded by a fence was waiting for us. While we were walking around to explore where there are entrances and exits, we saw the sea. It's very close. Right in one minute walk. This is good news. The crowing of roosters can be heard all around. So there are private farms nearby. All this creates a special atmosphere, as if you came to visit your grandmother in the village.
We were met and accommodated by a friendly receptionist. The rooms have everything you need: a bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a table, a TV, a mirror, bedside tables, a bathroom with a shower and hygiene products (shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, soap, shower gel). There are also regular sockets, normal light, excellent water pressure in the shower. There are also towels, including beach towels, as well as bathrobes. On a small balcony there is a device for drying things. The hotel itself is small, with only 35 rooms, so it has a cozy homely and at the same time hotel atmosphere. There are four floors in total, including a recreation and catering area on the ground floor. There is also a small pool and sun beds. The hotel has Wi-Fi, and the connection is good.

There is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel where vacationers have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Here you can just drink coffee, wine or soft drinks. The food is delicious. We tried complex breakfasts consisting of porridge, eggs and pancakes. You will definitely not stay hungry. We paid attention to the delicious local bread. They also couldn't get past khachapuri. This dish in Abkhazia is presented in two versions – a boat (with an egg on top) and a flatbread. In fact, this is the Adjarian and Megrelian version, if we talk about the Georgian names familiar to Russian restaurants, but it is not recommended to discuss this with the locals. Among the advantages are delicious salads, excellent coffee, local beer and wine.
SEA AND BEACH
The sea is a one-minute walk along a straight road past private houses and cafes. Immediately at the exit you can see a small zoo in a private household. Birds and rodents are represented there. There is also the possibility of renting rooms. This is a rustic option for lovers of this type of holiday. We're more into hotels.…
The beach is rocky, fenced off from the rest of the world by relict pines, under which there are carpets of needles and cones. Pines are generally a separate topic. In my opinion, they are most suitable for the sea. I immediately remembered Greece and Croatia. The water in the sea is warm and transparent like glass. This is the cleanest sea we have ever seen. And this is an unambiguous and huge plus for Abkhazia. There are several cafes on the beach, it is possible to rent a board, as well as ride an inflatable banana with a boat.
Sun beds and umbrellas are offered in some places. However, vacationers here mostly lie on towels. Everyone is quite satisfied with this. Locals walk along the beach. They sell berries and fruits, cotton wool, lollipops and other snacks. In general, this is not the level of beach equipment that we are used to, for example, vacationing in Turkey. It is important to understand what is important and what is not. For example, it is important for me that there are few people. I also love the clear sea. And here is a double hit to my heart. I like this beach and this sea.

The hotel is very nice. We do not regret that we booked seats in it in advance. New, with concepts, even somewhere with excesses (hair conditioner). The irrepressible cleaner, who was ready to clean the room from 9+, was a little annoying. The staff is polite, unobtrusive and inconspicuous (in a good sense of the word). A few comments, regardless of the hotel: there is nothing to do in Pitsunda except the excellent sea!!! In the evenings, pitch darkness, vacationers scurrying in both directions, lazy cows, friendly cute dogs, rabid Abkhazian drivers with right-hand drive cars, primitive private shops about nothing from the 90s, in short - a scoop!!! If the Sea is in the 1st place for you, then only here!!!! If you have any other complaints besides a beach holiday - not a foot!!! Everything is primitive to the point of indecency. Sadly... We were in Pitsunda in 1980. we had a "honeymoon" - since then, practically nothing has changed for the better. Post-Apocalypse. Share my sincere/give a frank review on 17/25/38, etc. and draw your own conclusions. These are purely my subjective impressions.. Thank you for "shaking up the old days", but I don't think I'll want to come here again

A wonderful hotel.
We were in it a little less than a month ago.
The hotel has 35 rooms, so there are not many people, the atmosphere is very warm. The breakfasts are just a miracle))) They haven't eaten so delicious yet.
The rooms are clean, everything is there, the air conditioners work perfectly.
The staff is extremely responsive and sincere.
The sea is literally two steps away, the water is clean, the beach is pebbly.
We're definitely only here next year.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2023 with the whole family + mother-in-law). The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are new, clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms have everything you need for an autonomous stay)) The sea is nearby, the beach is about 50 meters away. The beach is pebbly, pine trees grow on the beach (!). Breakfast is provided at the hotel for a fee, and soup can be ordered for lunch. Dinner is not provided at the hotel, but you can order very tasty pastries: Ossetian pies with various fillings, several types of khachapuri, pizza, etc. But if you want a variety of food, there are several excellent canteens and cafes with homemade cuisine near the hotel.
As a result, if by and large, then the place is decent. The combination of price and quality is on the level!
P.S. It would be very nice if the glasses in the rooms were still accompanied by teaspoons, as well as a knife and a corkscrew))

Downstairs there is a cafe with a complex breakfast of 300 rubles. The hatch is quite dense. A choice of porridge or scrambled eggs from two eggs + sausage or ham + vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, cucumber), coffee or tea + 2 cheesecakes or a pancake with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Everything is fresh. I didn't like the fact that there is a place under a canopy on the beach only with a sunbed for 300 rubles. An unpleasant local horseman controls. As an alternative , there are pine trees . In general, I recommend the hotel. Probably still a little expensive, for this money they could include breakfast. We lived in a deluxe room with a mountain view of 6300₽ per day.

We were in Abkhazia with one overnight stay at the Talion hotel. The first day we visited the island of Ritsa, the second New Athos. A family of two adults and two children stayed at this hotel for the night. We stopped by at 16:08.01.23, booked in May through their website. Parking near the hotel is free on the road or 150 rubles. behind the hotel behind the fence. We were met and accommodated without waiting, the hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy, the sea is 50 meters away. The visitors are all adequate, everything is very calm. In the evening, we sat at a table near the room and drank wine, the atmosphere was sincere. Kids watched a lot of good cable channels on TV. There is a cafe downstairs where we took pizza (400 rubles) and French fries with nuggets (300 rubles) to the children - ate with a bang! The cafe staff is not friendly, tired, but they cook delicious! Nearby is 50 m. excellent dining room, wood-fired pizzeria, although there is a queue. Everything is fine in the room, new, but there is no shampoo, gel. Linen and towels are boiling white. There are towels for the beach. Of the cons, dogs bark at night, there are no more cons. There is a place to walk in the evening, next to the beach bar with a disco, a 10-15 minute walk.

There is a small sofa. Wi-fi is normal.
Because the room was without a balcony, they give a clothes dryer. Comfortable. There is a dining room nearby for breakfast and lunch. The pool is for children.
Cons: breakfast in the cafe is limited. There is no elevator to the 4th floor.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful rooms with everything you need!
The room has a beautiful bed with good linen (it was changed), the room has a sofa, a coffee table, a TV with lots of channels, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels were changed every day!
Each room has a table with chairs on the inner side of the courtyard. There is a small, clean pool with sun beds for those who are too lazy to go to the sea, which is only 50 meters away!
There is a cafe on site, every morning we bought very tasty breakfasts for a reasonable price, during the day you could also buy food in the cafe, or order delicious pastries of Caucasian cuisine.

When there was no hotel, but there was just devastation, then you could go through it to the store, they always rented houses on the beach there, now they put their own fence there and now you have to go around to go to the store, if earlier you could walk in 1-4 minutes, now it's 10 minutes

In Abkhazia, in general, with the influx of tourists, prices began to break. Abkhazia was not so popular and the prices here were the same as in an ordinary town in any Russian city. Now they are breaking the price , not justifying it !

A beautiful modern hotel. Very attentive administrators. Clear. The cleaners have been cleaning the premises all day. Linen and towels are changed in a timely manner, there are special towels for the beach - very convenient. Walking distance to the beach. On the way to the sea, you can see a home-made live zoo in a nearby guest house: pheasants, peacocks, exotic chickens, ducks, rabbits and other cute animals. Amazingly clear sea water. We are counting the days until our departure! Initially, the application was for the dining room in the hotels: breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very convenient on vacation with children. Knowing what happens in Abkhazia with light and water, we made our choice in favor of a new modern hotel with nice new rooms and proximity to the place where we always rested. In fact... our expectations were not met: the staff at the hotels is not customer-oriented for the most part. At a time when everything was flooded by the coast, there was no light and no water to wash your hands, having 27 rooms, the hotel in the person of the owner could provide drinking water to its vacationers by putting a bottle of water at the door. (Basic care and a gesture of politeness) There is a plus: the hotel does not heat up during heavy rains, the water goes to the road and below on the other side. Wish to the hotel: reconsider the policy of treating your people who have made a choice in favor of your hotel. There is only breakfast in the hotel's dining room!!! (The tour operator assured that the dining room works fully for breakfast-lunch-dinner, and upon arrival it turned out that it was unprofitable) and baking in the presence of light!!!, and so you have to go and look for food where the gas stoves are. Or some snacks with products from the store. In the village of Ldzaa, it gets dirtier every year... garbage is not cleaned and not taken out ... garbage can also be observed under the windows of the hotel....

An amazing hotel, if to Abkhazia, then only here, I advise everyone! There is something to compare it with..before checking in here, we lived for two days in another hotel, there is a quiet horror, and the price per night is the same.

In the cafe itself, there is no extractor hood in the kitchen, or there is one, but things are bad with it. Although the food here is not bad, there is nowhere else to eat in this area, except for the scarlet sails. I will note that the most delicious place (in my opinion) in Abkhazia you will meet on the way to Lake Ritsa - the Abkhazian courtyard. A restaurant with a glass bridge.
I also want to mention WiFi, or rather its absence. I managed to surf the Internet a couple of times during my week off.
I hope the staff listens to feedback and will work on quality.

The hotel is new, the rooms and the bathroom are clean. Everything is not done badly. The staff is very friendly and helpful (thanks to our cleaner Gula) . There is Wi-Fi on site, which reaches the top of the beach. The rooms have a mini fridge, air conditioning, TV and video console, you can safely watch YouTube and movies from various applications on TV. Among the disadvantages of the hotel, a small but deep pool of 1.7 m (a child may drown). A monotonous menu in the dining room (they were fed the same thing for 10 days). Stray dogs bark at night and don't let you sleep. The price for the room was 7000r / day, nearby in hotels you can find from 3500r - 5000r.

The hotel is located close to the beach. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. The only thing is that there is a cafe at the hotel, it only works for breakfast, there is no lunch and no dinner. After 20.00 there is a bar. It is not convenient for vacationers. I have to go to other canteens at hotels.

I was with my family at this hotel, according to documents, for about 6 hours, and physically for 50 minutes....
It so happened that the road to our main hotel was washed away (or rather, the road ceased to exist - the elements were raging) and we decided to rent a room here for a day to charge our phones, wash, dry things and relax. Upon arrival, I asked (!!!): is everything working and they said YES. In fact, there was electricity only on the 1st floor (or rather near the reception) and nowhere else. Gadgets can't be charged, you can't wash, you can't go to the toilet, the air conditioner doesn't work. They referred to the fact that there is no electricity in the whole city, but every hotel has a generator(s), but for some reason they did not want to run it at full capacity and said: maybe we'll turn it on in the evening. Everything that I stopped by for wasn't there, so I decided to move out.
I wanted to get some of the money back (the price was 5000 rubles per day) for such a quick check-out (due to the absence of the above), but the girl at the reception could not get through to the owners of the hotel to clarify this issue. As a result, after waiting for 25 minutes, they left (because the rain was increasing and the roads began to heat up again). I left the card number and said that it would be possible to transfer money here when the amount was agreed.
Result:
- false information at check-in.
-phones can not be charged and instead of a number - they sat in a car to be in touch with their loved ones
- do not wash (there was no water)
- do not go to the toilet (the flush did not work)
- part(!) of the money was not returned (I did not insist on the entire amount).

We liked it: clean, the hotel is new, the rooms are spacious enough, comfortable beds, clean white linen and towels, the room has everything you need: refrigerator, hair dryer.
Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a great beach within walking distance, where there are very few people.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. I really liked it. Everything is clean, modern, cozy. It felt like home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. First line, 1 minute to the sea. The beach is sparsely populated with magnificent pine trees creating shade. There is a cafe in the hotel, sometimes we ate there, everything is very tasty. The children were very pleased with the small, but deep pool.

A great new hotel. Polite staff. It looks like a family one. When we lived in the hotel, we searched a lot for where to eat, until we found out that the most delicious food was in this hotel. I especially recommend dishes on a clay pan, khachapur and kharcho. There is a swimming pool, but it is small and has cold water, only children splashed in it. The only disadvantage in an unsuccessful neighborhood is in a house next to a mini zoo, in which everything is fine, but the dog barking wakes up early in the morning, and so every day.

An average hotel.
As always, the counter is overstated.
The cleaning is mediocre.
Change of linen every 5 days.
The sea is close and the staff is helpful.
The cafe only has breakfast, although there is a resource for full board or at least breakfast lunch.
If it is adequate, then 4 stars, but the staff takes out as much as possible, the admins are always ready to go to a meeting.

Nice new hotel. Friendly and helpful girls at the reception. I did not put fewer stars, but there is one minus in our vacation in Talion. For 8000 per day, we could provide at least breakfast. And if it is not provided, then at least there would be a choice. Well, it's terrible...2 porridges, 2 types of scrambled eggs, pancakes or cheesecakes. If you live for a week, then you can't look at it. I repeat, it was for an additional fee🤷♀️
