Great hotel near the airport. I lived for a couple of days in November 2024. Everything you need is in the room. It is quiet and at the same time there are a lot of shops, cafes and local railway nearby. As well as ferries to the Princes' Islands

The worst hotel I've ever visited in my entire life. Dirty ventilation shaft. The dirty bathroom is covered in mold. A torn mosquito net. And complete unsanitary conditions in the entire room. Dripping ceiling. Communication with the staff to replace the room or fix all the problems did not lead to anything, as a result, on the second day we just moved to a nearby hotel. They refused to return the money for the remaining six nights.

We went a year ago for €25 and €35 per night. Very nice hotel, I liked it. There is a swimming pool. Large rooms with good furniture (not new furniture, but everything is in good condition). There are balconies on the lower floors too, below the road level with a lawn with flowers and bushes. They helped with the luggage, the hotel staff is very friendly. Right next to Kaynarca metro station. On the lower floors, you can hear the trains coming up a little, even, but not much. There is a good TV with youtube and good wi-fi. I recommend 100% for this money.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw from Marmaray. I had an apartment with a huge balcony, a kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the evening, from the balcony, you can watch weddings and other celebrations that take place on a nearby territory. There are no breakfasts, but there are many restaurants with Turkish breakfasts within walking distance (10-15 min).

I stayed with my child between flights. They met me with a taxi and took my luggage, and helped me, they gave me a room on the second floor, a view of the sea, a room with a kitchen. There seems to be a swimming pool in the summer. We took a walk near the embankment in the evening.
