A great new place to stay! The rooms are gorgeous, huge. The breakfasts are also great, we didn't even eat everything, a lot of food. The restaurant is great, we celebrated our daughter's birthday, there was a bento cake as a gift. The table was excellent, the dishes were comfortable for the company. Spa is generally love! Baths, swimming pools. We rested and enjoyed the place and the service! Thank you very much!

Snack Bar - excellent interior design, varied menu. Very tasty dishes (pilaf, shish kebab, salads...). Classic teas, added fruit and berry (natural berries in a teapot). The highest rating was given in advance, as the officers need to improve their work. With a good mentor, this is not a problem.

We were here at the weekend, there weren't many people. I really, really liked everything! Cleanliness! Beauty! Soaring is a delight! Thank you Dima! This is the most magical hover I've ever had.

We had a rest during the May holidays. There are pros and cons.
Cons - a rather humiliating shaking of luggage upon arrival at the hotel, they are looking for stabbing and alcohol. If you hide it, they won't find it, they don't want to look for it themselves, they ask the guests to shake the luggage under the cameras. It feels like Ben Gurion. At the same time, the attitude towards the guests is so-so, condescending.
At the water park, they were not allowed to put a hydro-bike on the child in the heat of the sun because "we have such rules, you can't wear outerwear, the child will get stuck." Rescuers cannot distinguish "outerwear" from a hydrofootball, therefore, either at their own risk or a cream every 10 minutes, which is washed off with chlorinated water in two descents. I tried to explain, but the wall of misunderstanding and unwillingness to understand turned out to be stronger.
There was no window opening in the room, either by the manager or houseman, so either the air conditioner was blowing directly into the bed, or it was stuffy. We tried to combine them, but this should not be the task of the guests, in my opinion.
The overriding advantage is the kitchen, chefs and waiters in the snack bar. Delicious, polite, fast, pleasant service; nothing was confused (there were a lot of us), everything is fresh and with stories of what from what and from where.
The staff of the snack bar - Rahmet and respect, the guards and rescuers - would do well to learn a little more, but the service at the hotel differs from the rules at home.

It's a very cool place. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, delicious food, and incredibly cool vaping. Bath attendants generally have real praise)) I recommend it to everyone. It's expensive, but it's worth it.
The only negative is the slightly slow waiters, but not critical.

Dima, a professional bath attendant, corrected the negative opinion left by the guard who requested an inspection of personal belongings. At airports, they ask for it, but they don't try to personally get into someone else's bag, especially since he had a detector to search for metal objects. The sediment is not pleasant !!! The security guard should be instructed on how to communicate with the guests. At 8, I didn't even see such an attitude, it's terrible. The rest of the staff is very polite and friendly. The baths are at a height, especially the Altai one with its steam room. The pools are clean. The pizza is not delicious and the guard has a halo. And in all other respects, a wonderful recreation area. Now you don't have to go to Chunju, it's so cool.
We would also do it on weekdays in the EVENING with a discount from 18:00 for at least 10,000, after work it's a dream)))

Thank you, I enjoyed visiting the baths, the pool is clean, the water is warm! We had lunch at the restaurant or whatever it is called at the bottom in the snack bar, so it's very tasty. I recommend you to visit ❤
