Отвратительный сервис.. полчаса ждали на Южный машину: пришел отказ.. начали звонить оператору, минуту-две ждали ответа. Не брали трубку.. потом Валентина не хотя наорала на меня: если водитель захочет взять ваш заказ, значит возьмёт.. на вопрос сколько ждать не смогла дать адекватный ответ. Мы предположили, что можно всю ночь - бросила трубку.
