I bought winter shoes with a golden finish a few years ago. Three weeks later, the gilding was erased from the inside of the foot. I brought it under warranty, the seller informed me that I was "walking incorrectly" and that's why the gilding was erased so quickly. Of course, an adequate person will not believe in such an explanation, because in accordance with the requirements of the standard, the coating must be resistant to abrasion. I passed it under warranty for an internal examination of the store. After another couple of weeks, I came for shoes, the result of the examination of which was already ready. The expert concluded that the shoes allegedly matched the quality and I was refused a refund.
The seller angrily and not too politely began to tell me again about my incorrect gait.
I did not escalate the conflict, took the shoes and left. She also did not take the shoes for an independent examination.
I wore shoes for a maximum of 2 months and did not wear them anymore, because they lost their presentation.
Now I walk around Taco three kilometers away (especially in dana mall).
