New hotel, modern design. Decent rooms. Very nice people are working. There is live music at breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect. I recommend it!!

The location of the hotel is excellent, there are good places nearby where you can eat.The hotel itself is good, but the standard rooms are very small, it is indicated that 18m, but it seems much smaller, two people cannot turn around.The closet is generally a separate story if you open the closet as if you are in it.It's very strange and uncomfortable.The room has a French balcony.
The rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, as well as towels are changed daily.Everything is very clean and tidy.
The breakfast is average, but you can choose something for yourself.Live music, but the woman who plays the piano always seems to be unhappy.
In general, the staff is +- friendly.
Also, on your Birthday, no congratulations or compliments, it's not very pleasant!

The location is good, the old town is 15-20 minutes on foot. the city is small, taxis were not used. A stone's throw from the "Dry Bridge" is a flea market, and at the same time a vernissage, I recommend it. There are restaurants and bars nearby, but we did not go, we did not like the menu and the atmosphere (they look more like canteens), several coffee shops are a stone's throw away. In the room: on TV - Russian channels, which is undoubtedly a plus. The hotel has an elevator. Excellent sound insulation. . Quite a variety of breakfasts.
Didn't like it · At breakfast, all the dishes are cold, they asked to warm up the omelet, porridge, and pasta. Do not make scrambled eggs on request. Coffee from a coffee pot, well, VERY STRANGE for 4 stars. As for the room - poor air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel in the summer, because the condo barely worked, and on the last day (November 11), it was completely turned off for the cold without warning the guests. In an hour, the room warmed up to 29 degrees. I had a SMART TV in my room (although they refused to admit it at the reception for unknown reasons), but smart did not pull a single movie. It was me who smoothly approached the Internet, its speed allows you to view pages on the web, and that's it. This is unacceptable for 4 stars. Well, the cleaning, the abandoned slippers on the guest's shoes - speak of the elementary negligence of the cleaners.
But, nevertheless, I recommend a decent hotel

Nearby there is a Carrefour, cafes / restaurants, near the metro, shopping center, taxi arrives quickly.
Clean, cozy, small rooms.
Breakfast. The choice is small, but everything is delicious. The hot stuff changes every day.
Excellent staff.

Firstly, a good location. Significant historical and modern sites can be reached on foot. Further, attention is drawn to cleanliness everywhere. The room is very functional and comfortable. You can't even hear the noise when cleaning the neighboring rooms. The bed is very comfortable and comfortable. You put your head on the pillow and immediately fall asleep. The breakfasts are very tasty, the assortment is standard. The staff is simply golden. Don't believe it?, come and see for yourself! I was very satisfied! Didi madloba!!!

A wonderful hotel with friendly staff, modern renovation in the very center of Tbilisi. I highly recommend it.
Besides the fact that the breakfasts are delicious, there is a pleasant bonus in the form of live music (the musician plays light jazz on the piano).

The room is clean, the breakfast is average, the coffee is bad. The most unfriendly staff, unpleasant sensations upon check-in and check-out. Additionally, the Guards did not like the things that were drying on the windowsill. He said that we are next to the presidential palace (600 meters on the other side of the river). He stood in the aisle as if something had been stolen.

Awesome! I got it. The conder, the food, the place - everything is normal. Nice, organic, close to the central square. The waiters are nice, the receptionists are responsive, the food was delicious, the cucumbers are wonderful.
How to get there is a problem, Google and Yandex maps showed incorrectly.

The price does not correspond to the real one, it blows out of the windows, you can't take a shower. The city of Tbilisi itself is very dirty, the pricing policy is just terrible, everything is much cheaper in the center of Moscow. I do not advise anyone to go to Georgia
