Tulpar what is it- unpleasant music, sooooo dirty toilet, there is no adequate catering, security is not clear-who and from whom it protects, it is unclear from many guards (alcohol) smells. Sellers have nosebleeds on a regular basis, there is nowhere for visitors to sit and rest. There is no mother and child room, no prayer room. The administration does nothing to improve the trading house and attract customers

The mall positions itself as a furniture store, practically. There are digital equipment stores, various boutiques of home equipment. + sportmaster. A wonderful place with delicious cuisine ail gusto with interesting breakfasts. But there is not a single store with at least water, which is simply nowhere to buy. The store would be any kind. For some reason, they closed everything. Except in coffee islands for triple the price. I haven't seen this anywhere. Never. This is a terrible service, I will say.
