The best cheeses I've ever eaten. Always fresh, delicious, everything is prepared with love and warmth, packed and delivered (I order in Minsk). I don't know where the hands should grow from to ditch the cheese, like the previous commenter in the photo.
The delivery came beautifully packaged, I took it with white mold, my husband loves classics, and a separate delight is the chocolate cheese that melts in my mouth. Thanks from Brest, we will order more and more until we try everything)))
We were at a cheese tasting and were delighted. We have never tasted such delicious cheese. And I liked a little lecture on how cheeses are cooked. The chief technologist is a very emotional, open and charged woman) it's nice to see a fan of her business)
It was impossible to leave without buying cheese. Chechil is beyond praise, and kochakavallo is even better) if we still pass by, we will definitely stop by for cheese)
Today we specially went to the "Cheese shop" to buy cheese. I really liked it. The hosts are hospitable. The cheeses are very tasty. We were left with a good impression. It is very good that it is possible to vacuum the cheese and take it home with you as a gift. I advise everyone to visit here.
The cheeses are very tasty, the place is picturesque, the hosts are kind and helpful, and there are many charming goats

For three days in the refrigerator, two varieties of cheese - cacciotta and Roquefort - have become overgrown with mold. And different and hardly noble. It's hard to judge from Roquefort, it ozonates the air by itself, but the caciotta smelled strongly of the basement, and it didn't even cut once.
I won't claim that I have ideal storage conditions and a calibrated refrigerator, but the cheeses were stored in separate containers (in fact, that's why the mold on them is different). I asked when I bought it, and they said it could definitely be stored for a week. And as a result, there are two decent such pieces to throw away.
Please don't tell me to cut something off and eat the rest - you can't do that. If mold has appeared on the surface of the product, it is already present in the entire product.
That's the result. I can't say anything bad about what I've tasted, but there's absolutely no point in following it from afar.
If you do arrive, take as much as you can eat in a couple of days at most. Otherwise, you risk repeating my experience.
A wonderful place in a small village on the way to Minsk! I drove there completely by accident and did not want to - I did not leave empty-handed. I definitely recommend you to visit, the guys are great.
