10/18/2024 The opening hours are indicated from 7.30 . I went to your coffee shop on the other side of the station on purpose, instead of taking it from the other side to Lavazza or the Station . Enchanted . I will not visit this event anymore to avoid wasting my time.
Today, on 13.01.2025, I also visited this coffee shop.the opening hours are indicated until 19.30 at 19.15, I was told in a rude tone that they were no longer working . When asked why a different work schedule was indicated, the girl began to be rude . There was no sign that the coffee shop was closing today.She asked for the supervisor 's number . To which it was said that the OEA itself is the head . This is the first time I've met a supervisor talking like that .
I do not recommend this place to anyone if you do not want to leave with a bad mood and rudeness.
I will post this review on all sites, as well as share it on my blog! Maybe then the MANAGER is thinking about the minimum customer orientation .

It's a great place to take normal brewed tea in a filter bag. Even in cafes, there is not such tea everywhere, but here you can take tea on the go, weighing several types to choose from! Well done! I'm already advertising to my friends a place in front of the train where you can take a normal tea with you!

This place on Komarovka is one of my favorites, the staff is amazing and courteous.
BUT
this point is something with something, I came for coffee at 13:43, the lights are on, everything is working, a girl is sitting right behind the cash register, who, in response to a greeting in the most rude and inadequate form, with her mouth full, began to raise her voice, saying that she had lunch.
Okay, there are no questions, as well as schedules and signs about such breaks.
When asked how long lunch would last, I got the answer: well, 20 minutes)))
If you want to have lunch, no problem, put a sign on the website, and don't sit with your mouth full and rude to visitors. The most unpleasant aftertaste remains, I recommend this network on Komarovka, but definitely not here. Be kinder, learn respect and basic courtesy with visitors. Be healthy!)
