One plus is the city center.Boorish staff.It was cut by someone named Lockman, extremely unprofessional.I don't know where he was taught to work or if he was taught at all.He didn't even listen or pretended not to understand what I was saying to him.I think he doesn't understand Russian well.I had to redo everything in another salon.Don't set foot in here anymore.
