We ordered a birthday cake for a friend in advance. The delivery was supposed to be at 23.59
on 21.01.
What do we have as a result? Time 00.00 no reply, no greetings! The photo of the finished cake was not sent! The phone was picked up once. They didn't take it anymore.
The delivery was almost 2 hours late. A man goes to work in the morning, and he sits and waits for his cake!!!
With grief, the cake was brought in half, but of a different taste. The order was for snickers, and they brought a baby girl! They promised to put a postcard, they didn't even put it in the order!
Apparently, they just forgot about our cake and made it out of what it was. Of the entire order, only the picture on the cake matched.
Instead of an apology or some kind of compensation, they offered a 10% discount on the next order.
I'm terribly sorry, but who's going to order there again after that??? Why do we need a 10% discount if the cake wasn't delivered on time and didn't taste right at all!
We could have put flowers in the order or returned at least half of the cost. Disgusting service!!!
If you receive black men's underpants instead of a white women's T-shirt in the order, will you be happy with a 10% discount on the NEXT order??
The flowers, to put it mildly, are not the first freshness.Ordered online as a gift to a person.I don't even know how to give this?The delivery is very long.We waited 2.5 hours.A nightmare in one word.I don't recommend it
