The place is good. People are also mostly adequate (with rare exceptions). I like. Not far from home. The air is great, not like in the city.

The road is dead. The gravel is full of holes. There are no working lights on the streets. There is no security. The fire pit is all overgrown. Several houses burn every year due to non-compliance with fire safety. Garbage is taken out once a week/two.
