A wonderful hotel. It is perfectly located. The hotel has a lot of English-speaking staff. There is a concierge who helps to solve non-standard issues, such as buying train tickets, arranging a transfer, calling a taxi and much more. At the hotel, you can exchange dollars for yuan at a good exchange rate. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent. There is a swimming pool with sauna, hammam, hot tubs, font and hydromassage. They give out hats in the pool if you don't have one. There is a beautiful view from the windows. If I ever visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here again.

I really liked the hotel! Yes, he is already a little "tired", but very comfortable and cozy! It is close to the metro. The location of the hotel is great! I recommend it! We were satisfied! Please note that a deposit is required upon check-in.

Everything is basically decent.
On the downside, the noise from the air conditioning conglomerate, the rooms already require updating, so the SPA being developed also requires updating.
