In the middle of 2022, I bought a Volvo xc90 car. When buying, I was attracted by the fact that the car was serviced according to the regulations and, if necessary, exclusively on "Swedish Auto" with the application of work orders. I won't get personal. This is what the head should be doing. It seemed that the employees and management know their business and keep their brand, however - this is not a Volvo service, but an ordinary amateur garage, according to interests. If in fact:
- according to the work orders, the cylinder head gasket was replaced in 2021. The wedge fan gave. Great, I think I won't climb into the cylinder head (it's not often that this problem arises, do you agree?) In my case, everything is different
The gases started 8 months after the verified work. And why? Yes, because "specialists" can afford to tear off the thread in the block and then clamp the head of the block with a pneumatic pistol. Why bear your material losses and confess to the owner about your joints, I'm not talking about conscience).
- when replacing the O-ring and the gasket of the turbine oil outlet tube, at the place where the tube enters the block, instead of putting the tube in a special place, it was necessary to insert it into the block not completely, but to fill the seat together with the sealing ring with sealant. "Hi so."
- do you need to write about the fact that the gimbal and angular transmission need to be tightened? Or will you figure it out?...
In general, the service did not make an impression both from the outside and in terms of the range of services provided. In a kind way, a TERRIBLE service that does not meet the quality of the car brand.

If you allow craftsmen to work under the influence of alcohol, then it is better to just close the gate and no longer do repairs.

I've been serving them for a long time. I handed over the car, took it away, I'm glad. There is no need to do any independent searches for parts, even the collapse-convergence after the suspension bulkhead, everything is done by yourself. Everything is as it should be in a normal service. There is even free coffee and a TV in the waiting room.
