I haven't been to this store while they were working here. But I came across the work of their website. I found a game on the site that I've been looking for for a long time. I wanted to buy it, but in order not to transfer money anywhere, I decided to find out about the actual availability of the game. No one answered the phone, so I wrote a question to Viber. It is listed on their website as a messenger for communication. And also nothing. They read the message, but did not respond. But after a while, the game I wanted to buy disappeared from the site. It turned out that they still work, they just don't care about communicating with customers.
Now it's clear to me why their store was closed, I think with such an attitude towards people, their online store won't last long either. One disappointment.
