The advantages are the geographical location, there are no gym equipment nearby in this area. Cons - almost all simulators require maintenance; there is no zone for functionality; there is no normal horizontal bar; a curved floor that makes it difficult to work with heavy weights, coaches are either lazy or inexperienced (terrible program, traumatic equipment, constantly on the phone); disgusting shower in which you can not turn around, a locker room with an open door to the gym. And the tiniest thing is a barber shop with transparent glass in the hall. The price does not match the quality, I recommend looking at another room for regular visits. It is not suitable for beginners at all.
