I really wanted a delicious simple meal.. we waited 40 minutes for borscht- they brought it to the end a little warm and completely not rich, for 3. Well, OK, it happens. Next, tinctures, not bad in taste, without strength and saturation, but with a very unpleasant aftertaste after not high-quality alcohol (
Unfortunately, it was not possible to try the pancakes with a sponge, since the dish was simply brought raw. Unfortunately, it is a complete disappointment.
Lard with bread is delicious, but horseradish is not at all spicy, and the declared onion is two withered feathers, it is better not to put it at all.
On the plus side, the salad with potatoes, cucumbers and sausage was a success. And the location in the center is good.

A cozy cafe in the city center. There is a summer porch. Friendly staff. The waiting time is short. All the dishes are delicious with a beautiful serving. Soup, side dish + chicken brushwood (very tender chicken in crispy breading), a teapot of raspberry-mint tea + pancakes with condensed milk and berries cost 50.5 Belarusian rubles.

We ordered a salad of fresh vegetables, pancakes with chicken, borscht, mushrooms with herring, mashed potatoes, chicken with cranberry sauce, and a frying pan - pancakes with sausages and cabbage. As a result, everyone ate, and only an hour later they brought me a frying pan. They don't know how to carry food on time. The pancakes are bland. The pan is all greasy, too much oil, and they don't cook on it - they obviously just threw it there... Borscht - the menu is written with boiled pork, in fact - there is not a piece of meat inside. The price is high even for "overindulged" Muscovites. 50 grams of sour cream - 100 Russian rubles... The toilet is dirty. In short, I do not know where this "restaurant" got 4.7 stars...

It was from this restaurant, as they imagine themselves, that the next visit to Minsk began. So, there were 4 of us, the waiter was alone in the whole room, and he was running around the hall. The order was accepted quickly, while it was announced that we would have to wait for 30-40 minutes, but after about 10 minutes the dishes were brought to us. I had borscht, and attention it was WARM ((( it was just warmed up. The girls had pancakes, semi-raw. When the waiter asked if we liked the dishes, I honestly said no, the girl apologized for a long time, although she did her job well. In general, I do not recommend IT, it is a complete disappointment 😞

The establishment left a very mixed impression. We were on Monday evening, choosing a place as one of the closest to the hotel. The location is good, however, you can accidentally go into another room and get into TGI.
Judging by the fact that there were three of us in the whole restaurant, many people do this, instinctively turning to the right from the entrance. Although, admittedly, the interiors have Their Own - they were impressed. It is a beautiful and cozy place with a well-thought-out design.
The restaurant's menu is interesting, with an emphasis on traditional cuisine. The bar menu is also not bad, there are solutions for every taste, albeit without any special frills.
Regarding the service. Quickly and unobtrusively. The staff, however, hides in the back rooms, which gives the impression that the institution is closed.
The food is delicious, but not salty. I don't know if this is a trick, or an oversight of the cook, or an accident. At least, "undersalted - on the table, oversalted - on the back" and I have no complaints about the quality, but, as a result, I over-salted the food myself.
The check is probably normal, I don't remember how much they paid, but they couldn't leave tips "in numbers", they didn't provide such an option as, say, "no coins" or similar services.
Separately, about cocktails. Sea buckthorn, perhaps, should be excluded from the bar. Either it failed, or the raw materials themselves are such, in general, such... The mulled wine is beyond praise, very successful and very far gone.
