The best place in the city of Sukhum, a large house and grounds, cozy, clean rooms with air conditioning. We live from 2.07.2024 to the present, near the sea, the beach, within walking distance of the market, shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment for children.
And most importantly, the owners of this wonderful place, Svetlana and Arut, the best people in the world, hospitable, kind, funny, will tell you everything and tell you, we wish them the utmost prosperity, we will definitely come next year.
Svetlana, thank you so much for the amazing reception, sincere conversations, funny stories, you make me feel at home.

We had a family vacation with Svetlana and Arut in June 2024. We are very happy with the rest! The room is clean, the furniture is new, freshly renovated, air conditioning, wi-fi, there is always hot water. The territory of the guest house is well maintained - lots of flowers, a gazebo!! There is everything necessary for cooking in the kitchen for guests.There are also 2 washing machines.It is a 5-minute walk to the embankment, 10 minutes to the central market. Parking in the yard.
Sveta and Arut are very kind, hospitable, helpful people! In the evenings we talked over beer and wine. Sveta treated the children to medlar, peaches)) Arut, we already miss Sukhumi beer!)
Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come again!

We rested with my husband from August 3 to August 13 at Svetlana and Arut's , we are very satisfied and want to return to Sukhum only to them🥰
They were hospitable, always helped with any questions, we were in Sukhum for the first time)
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are renovated.The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, there is a washing machine.
We took both wine and chacha and jam from Sveta, everything is very tasty)
We also went on excursions through Svetlana, also delighted👍
In general, the rest is all inclusive)

Svetlana Guest House is the best in Sukhum!!! The rooms are clean and cozy, there is air conditioning, a kitchen. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach. It is 5 minutes to the market, 10-15 minutes to the center. Nearby there is a place to eat, buy groceries, fruits. It is always very fun and cozy!!!

We visited Svetlana from June 11 to June 15. The room is compact, nothing superfluous, but everything you need is there. Very clean, well-groomed, you can immediately see the care of the owners about both the house and the guests. We liked it. It is cozy, the atmosphere is very homely. And most importantly - silence!))) When you walk around the city, it's nice to come back here. Thanks for the rest!
