It is located on the ground floor of an 18-storey residential building. We arrived here in July 22, because I didn't find anything in Gagra, and the tickets had already been bought. This is not a hotel, just a place to spend the night. The beds are slightly alive, everything is kind of shabby, the wallpaper is peeling off. However, the owners are always in touch, there were no interruptions with water, wi-fi is working, there are air conditioners, there is a washing machine. Even the cooler is on the terrace. The location is very convenient, 7 minutes to the sea, the same distance to the market. There are many shops around. The problem is that the owner is not there, the hotel is rented out, and that's why all the unsettled conditions. By the way, the first photo in the gallery has nothing to do with this institution. There are only five rooms
