I booked a room by phone without a website, I reminded you again before arriving. When I arrived, they put me in a 4-bed room with the condition that the next day they would move me to a 1-bed room with a large bed. The room was shown in the morning, I agreed and calmly left on business, left my bag, when I returned, no one booked a room for me, at night I was left without a hotel, I started looking for a free one. There were no vegetables or fruits for breakfast, just a kind of porridge, eggs, some kind of pastries, there was nothing to eat. There is no chair in the room, no bathroom hooks, no place to hang clothes and a towel. They didn't help me at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel. The location is good, but the administrator is forgetful. We were warned that we needed breakfast with us early in the morning, so we had to eat for 11 minutes while we were packing. They asked us to clean the room while we were not in the room, but the room was not cleaned, the garbage was standing, toilet paper was out, I had to take it from the receptionist myself, I also took the garbage to him personally, and I also had to take the water myself.

Rooms with old furniture. There were mattresses wrapped in oilcloth on the beds.Ventilation was loud in the bathroom and there was a strong smell of sewage. The shower stall had fallen off from above, and the drain in the bathroom was heavily clogged.
Breakfast was included in the accommodation, but everything that was not taken was not fresh (I hope at least yesterday).
The pool is located in a neighboring building, in a closed room, a place not for rest and relaxation.
The location is normal, the staff is polite.

Very nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights. The receptionist has the last available room 15. The room turned out to be spacious and clean. The room has a TV with many Russian channels, a refrigerator, a kettle. The breakfasts at the hotel are good. I was satisfied and did not regret staying at the hotel

A very bad hotel! I lived on the ground floor, it's noisy, it's impossible to sleep, I open the window and people are sitting there and smoking right out the window. She asked to be moved , there are no rooms . They didn 't clean up all 3 days - even the garbage . Water is provided only on the first day , the air conditioner does not work , only the staff can iron things and for a fee . Purity 1 , on the 3rd day the eye ached - conjunctivitis appeared .

Everything is quite satisfactory. Polite staff, quite cozy rooms, excellent location, there are a lot of interesting and delicious things in the vicinity.
But it would be worth vacuuming them more often... Or more carefully...
