Today we ordered a set using a promo code from cream.buy.
Not only was the promo code supposed to have a choice between a pizza set or sushi, but at the last moment they said that it was only for sushi.
We waited an hour and a half for delivery, and the baked rolls arrived, without anything. The rice was falling off in chunks, the sushi smelled bad, and the rolls were very small. The operator was rude on the phone and couldn't properly explain which specific positions are included in the set. The result is that the mood is spoiled, the sushi is tasteless, and there is no desire to return to this delivery. 0/10 I do not advise anyone to try anything here.

Just a disgusting attitude towards customers! They promised to deliver it within 3 hours, but after 3.5 hours they did not wait for delivery. On the phone, the girl said that the car had broken down, of course, no one reported it. After 40 minutes, they called them again, at first no one answered, then they answered, said that the order had been picked up, he would arrive in 20 minutes.
I wonder where the management is looking. Or they don't read reviews of their establishment. How much do you have to dislike your job in order to allow such assessments

There have never been any complaints about food, everything is delicious. But here is the service…I placed an order at 16.10, called back at 16.18, told to wait 2.5 hours. I agreed. After 2 hours and 45 minutes, the order was not delivered, from the 7th time I got through to the Drying call center, they said they would clarify and call me back and tell me how much more to expect the order. They didn't call me back for 40 minutes, (for 30 minutes, I tried to call them myself periodically, either they didn't pick me up or they dropped me)
As a result, after 40 minutes I got through myself, canceled the order. Thank you so much for ruining the evening and nerves. Terrible Drying service.

We ordered two types of baked sushi and pizza. The pizza was ordinary and unremarkable, but the sushi was disgusting. Of the two servings, only 3 dried fruits were mastered - it is impossible to eat them, the cap is like mayonnaise - one fat, the roll itself has no taste at all. As a result, the pizza was eaten, and the sushi was thrown away. We were disappointed with the feeling of money thrown away. This was the first and last time we ordered here. I do not recommend it.

Salad- only lettuce leaves, the chicken is frozen and defrosted 100 times, the taste is worse than in the dining room!
Drinks: everything that was on the menu was removed, only soda, coffee, tea, juice remained.

I don't recommend it. I ordered it for my birthday. I specially made a pre-order for a certain time. They were supposed to bring it at 7 o'clock. They arrived in an hour and a half. The phone was dropped or not picked up. We got through only through a nearby cafe. It's good that at least there are adequate people there. And sushi itself sucks.

I ordered sushi and pizza several times. Just terrible delivery (we waited 3 hours instead of the promised two), sushi is cold, dry and rubbery (it feels like they are 2 days old already), pizza is raw, cold and with raw ingredients. I honestly gave this institution a chance for rehabilitation several times, but it was always terrible, I'm sorry for the money spent (and the order was not made for 20 rubles) and time. The owners of the establishment clearly do not appreciate and do not respect their customers. He doesn't even deserve one star.
