I ordered Sapporo macs where there is no Philadelphia cheese, since I am allergic to cheese and what do you think, it turned out to be in huge quantities there. Naturally, I immediately wrote to the service, where they replied sweetly that they would figure it out and that was it! They didn't answer and stopped even answering. It turns out that I paid for a product that I couldn't eat and was left hungry and without money! Of course, I will continue to figure it out, because this time it was the last straw!!!!

Well, be responsible for your service: if your site allows you to make and pay for an order, then execute it. Managers who cannot cope with their duties and cannot control their service, let them get behind the wheel and deliver orders themselves. If you are unable to turn off the site in time or suspend online orders, then fix your jambs.

The boxes are in place, but I didn't even think that they might not put chopsticks (3 pairs), and there wasn't a single napkin. When they called, the girl kindly offered to wait 40 minutes (after which time a courier was supposed to give them a ride), and heat the food in the microwave....the money was also refused to be refunded for the sticks) As a result, we decided to "let go" of the situation and not spoil our mood - we took forks. But then there's more: the noodles are cold, the orders are mixed up. At first I thought it was my joint, because I was undressing the boxes, but no. They began to try everything - they realized that the meat was not the same
