Ordered in this place many times - sushi is insanely delicious and fresh. The prices are not cosmic, as in many other sushi bars, which is very pleasing. They are always prepared at the right time, without delay. I made the delivery at 19:00, the courier arrived at exactly 19:00.
The only drawback is that we forgot to put the sauce with us several times, so now I always check on the spot or everything is there.

Cool sushi bar. I ordered it a couple of times, sushi TOP, amazing! The presentation, the design, the output, the recipe, the variety of side dishes, well, the box was very surprised, everything is on the level! You can't think of a better company! This is not the first time we have ordered sets here with my wife , out of 15 orders a couple of times they have already given out sets that are not ours at all . On the cream , they chose a set , ordered it and came to pick it up , opened it at home and inside were not the rolls that should have been , and instead of 32 pieces in the package there were 24 . If I didn 't have to get to another part of the city , I would have come and quarreled with the guys , since this is not the first time .

When asked how much longer to wait , they shrugged their shoulders . I had to refuse and return the money , while not a single word that could smooth over the trouble was heard . Not to mention an apology . Please, the management should pay attention to the selection of staff, because this is the face of the institution. There are zero standard qualities of communication with clients at all. There is no desire to return to this institution.

We called the delivery service, tried to calmly resolve the unpleasant situation.

We didn't know that the Sushi Shop chain positions itself as rolls with plastic and employees who swear at their customers.
The phone was constantly dropped , as a result, it was blocked in the telegram altogether.
