The establishment has always pleased us, but the last order on 05/26/2025 brought great disappointments. Sushi, to put it mildly, looks disgusting, there are no fish at all, they fall apart on their own and there is too much rice for so many fish. We contacted the management and explained the situation , we were rudely told to fuck off and that everything was fine with them , although before that the seller himself agreed with us and was ready to discuss and refund the money with the management , even without refunding the set. But in the end, it turned out that it was an intern who did it, and in general, everything is fine, don't mess with your heads. The director himself is not interested in healthy contact with clients, he roughly doesn't care, he earned it and thank you. Disgusting. No matter how delicious they make it, we'll never come here again for such an attitude, and for such sushi, we could at least make contact, since the intern did it. We wanted to return the sushi, but they refused.
30 minutes after this situation, the director nevertheless made contact and offered to refund the money or redo the set.
