The service is average, the delivery has slipped. Couriers are young and forget about the banal politeness with customers.
The coupon system is a complete scam. We collected several coupons, but the courier refused to accept them, because the new rule is that the coupon is used for a month. Question to the management: what about those who ordered your innovations earlier and collected coupons? Throw it in the trash? The administrator does not solve this issue either. There is not a word on your website about the old coupons, you must accept them! Since there is no solution to this problem, we will solve it through special services. I ordered a caesar salmon with shrimp and a sweet and sour wok. In the picture, caesar was as it should be: with fried shrimp, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese. As a result, it was not understood that it was absolutely not tasty , the cheese was not parmesan, but ordinary Russian or something like that ( although the girl on the phone was eager to prove that it was parmesan , but parmesan cannot be such long grated strips, it should crumble and the taste is clearly not parmesan) , tomatoes are ordinary , shrimp is not fried , tasteless , and cut in half ( to make it look like it 's enough ) , the sauce is also terrible . I haven't seen such ingredients put in caesar for a long time. He 's just disgusting. There is so little chicken in the chicken wok and it is cut very thinly ( again , probably to pretend that it is enough) the smell of rotten meat was also present . I do not recommend ordering at least these items. I ate the rolls once , they were passable. But this order just shocked me.

I strongly do not recommend ordering food from them. Anything that was on the table during cooking can get into the pizza.
I had fragments of a clam shell in my pizza, which was trapped between my teeth, so I had to go to the dentist. The tooth was also chipped off.
On the phone, the operator said that their responsible person would call back, but, of course, no one called back.
This is not the first time I ordered, so in addition, I can add that the delivery can be quite long, up to 2 hours, which is a lot for food delivery, as well as pizza can arrive crumpled.
