At the entrance to the establishment, the cashier was smoking, when she saw us, she stubbed out her cigarette with a displeased face and entered the establishment. There was a roll delivery bag under our feet, and we stepped over it and approached the counter. There's dust everywhere. The menu is torn and dirty. Terrible obscenities were heard very loudly from behind the counter without interruption from a video that someone was watching. For about 2 minutes we watched this rag called "menu" and all this time the loud mats did not stop without stopping. The stench was great. In general, completely disappointed, we did not order anything in this terrible place. And I would not advise anyone to order in these unsanitary conditions.

I ordered a set at 11 a.m. by 5:30 p.m., the administrator notified me that the courier might be delayed for 10 minutes.
-17:42 - there is no courier, the administrator claims that it is about to be.
-17:52 the courier calls and asks to open the door.I go out onto the landing, there is no courier. I call the courier and during the conversation it turns out that he was given the wrong address in the receipt, but he will be there in 10 minutes.
Hooray, the courier arrived, but the terminal refuses to accept payment, but after several attempts it turned out to make the payment.
As a result, the rolls were on the table at 18:19 instead of 17:30.
Instead of apologies, I listened to languid sighs on the phone (with the message: how many times can I call here) and the clucking of the administrator.
As for the rolls themselves: they are very badly twisted and fall apart when you try to take them.
No customer orientation, decent service and the ability to cook rolls.

Sushi has only rice and no taste, maybe next time he will come on time and cook normally for another guest, very sad, the star is only for the friendly receptionist))
