A pleasant coffee shop with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere and a themed interior. Friendly, friendly staff. A loyalty program is in effect. A good selection of delicious desserts. Unfortunately, the cappuccino and flat white were "cool", which upset us. If you don't take this into account, the coffee itself is good. I hope this is an unfortunate misunderstanding. The choice is yours.

Surf is one of the best places I know. So calm, cozy and the atmosphere is 100/10! The guys don't work there at all. Not only are they good-natured, incredibly pleasant and beautiful, but they also have funny jokes))) The drinks are very tasty!
The most exciting thing is to come there in the evening and sit outside with a hot drink 💔

The nicest atmospheric place.
A large selection of drinks for every taste - sometimes unexpected and amazing combinations, but always delicious! If you don't know exactly what you want, trust the barista, you will be pleasantly surprised!

This is a repeated attempt to fall in love with this institution, but unfortunately love doesn't happen every time.
My friends and I have experienced a filter of coffee diluted to taste, and flats to taste like lattes, and superheated milk, and espresso tonic, with a tonic from which all the bubbles were shaken out. I would like to mention the frozen dessert separately. It's delicious, of course, but I wanted a cheesecake, not a frozen piece of whatever.
Staff is more willing to chat with friends than with the guests of the establishment.
The vibe of the establishment is very pleasant, but you won't be satisfied with Vibe alone.

Overall, my coffee shop experience exceeded all expectations. This place is ideal for a quick snack with coffee, as well as for long meetings with friends or work away from home. Upd: the new staff doesn't seem to be trained in anything. The match is unfinished, as if you are chewing sand, the "pink foam" is liquid and there are two drops of it. The Misato latte is claimed to be "A delicate coffee drink with jasmine flavor, covered with airy coconut foam with salted miso caramel," but it tastes terribly bitter and there was no foam from the word at all, they just didn't add it, they didn't warn about it. It used to be better(((

The Surf Coffee Shop is a place where you can enjoy excellent coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. There is always a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and a wide selection of drinks for every taste. The coffee here is always fresh and fragrant. I recommend Surf to all connoisseurs of good coffee and cozy places to relax.

The coffee shop amazed me with its huge assortment of coffee drinks. Unfortunately, my experience of visiting surf coffee after a long absence from the city turned out to be very disappointing. To begin with, the coffee (filter)it turned out to be absolutely tasteless - watery and without any flavor heated in the microwave . The staff was unfriendly and kind of annoyed, giving the impression that I was interrupting them from going about their business.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that there is a surf in Minsk. I really love these coffee shops and constantly go to them in St. Petersburg.
The interior is clean and cozy. The interior in the classic style of these coffee shops
The staff is very nice and friendly. Orders are given out quickly
The price tag is average, maybe a little high
We took Ice lattes, quiche with mushrooms, oatmeal porridge and tartlet with strawberries
The porridge was very tasty and rich
The quiche with mushrooms is perfectly warmed up, very tender and with a thin layer of shortbread dough)
The strawberry tartlet is moderately sweet, and there is a creamy cream inside. I am very pleased, I recommend it
The coffee is one of the best I've had in Minsk
There is a great veranda in summer. In general, I highly recommend coming and sitting there

1. The interior.
2. The menu.
Minuses:
1. Disposable tableware. It's high time to get something of your own for those who don't take something to take away. Moreover, it would at least somehow justify the prices.
2. Maintenance. They immediately turn to "you". It is clear that the place is for young people, I am not against this format, but for the sake of politeness, I would like to ask about how it is more comfortable for you to communicate, especially when I addressed you as "you" when ordering. It is also worth canceling that the tables are not cleaned at all, only if you ask, but maybe it was such a day, but judging by the work of the staff, I would not think so. I think that "pickles" from food courts are not very appropriate in this institution, I also decided to add them to the service section. Well, I'm already silent about the toilet, which could be cleaned more often or replaced with a black one so as not to sweat.
3. The prices are quite high, but it would be justified at the expense of staff and dishes, and it is ugly to take out one interior.
Conclusions: it was better before. Take an example from the point of view – the institution is better in terms of service, there is an atmosphere there, love. And here you come to sit without staff and care, drain your money cleanly and warm up.

A cool authentic coffee shop, it's a pity that Minsk is the only one of this chain. An interesting and varied menu of drinks, especially seasonal novelties. Yes, the price tag is above average, but it's worth it.
Dog friendly. There is a discount in your mug. It's very cool that merch and coffee in drips have appeared on sale.
There is also a luxurious spacious summer house in the courtyard, many tables, and even a hammock.

. I was surprised at such a relaxed greeting in this place, but then I realized that this was an ordinary thing for them.
Then I talked to them, I was a little annoying, but they didn't say a word about it.

Previously, there was always high-quality coffee here, but now you can get terrible coffee at the same level as in the coffee shop. We didn't expect it in any way. It's a pity that such a once cool place is no longer a place you want to go to. Please take more responsibility for the training and quality control of your staff. Teach them how to make delicious coffee, you are a surfer, not a fixprice of some kind. You're losing your regular customers.
