An incomprehensible system with bonus cards. I have it, I take the product at a discount for cardholders. At the checkout they say that the bonus system is currently not working and the amount of the check will be without a discount. Why, if the buyer has a card, the application works and the seller has a problem with the system, should the customer experience inconvenience?

The weakest of the entire Globus store chain is a small assortment, sometimes only one cash register works and you have to stand in line for a long time. Although, in general, the network is very good. The best shops are on L. Tolstoy/Almaty and Southern Highway/Ch. Aitmatov, but the latter has an extremely inconvenient entrance to the store, because of which he loses a lot of customers.
