Hello everyone
And so, let's start with the pros (BUT BE SURE TO READ THE CONS, BECAUSE THEY CAN AFFECT THE CHOICE OF A HOTEL)
1. Great view from the window (we rented villa p11)
2. Who writes about bad breakfasts, I don't know…
I thought the breakfasts were good: there were always a lot of fruits and fresh vegetables, there is European food (omelette, fried eggs, toasts, etc.) and Thai (soup, cereals, various stewed vegetables for every taste, chicken or pork, fish)
3. The hotel has its own beach, where they provide free sun beds and towels. There are no strangers in the nicknames.
4. There is a shuttle service to the beach (on demand, not on schedule)
5. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. It feels like an oasis.
6. The staff is friendly.
7. There is a free shuttle service to Phuket Old Town and to the shopping center.
8. Cleaning every day (very fast and shallow, but every day)
9. The hotel's restaurant is a good place to cook. The prices are quite marketable.
10. The hotel has a shop (but the choice is very limited)
11. There are 2 swimming pools on site.
And now the cons:
1. THE HOTEL IS VERY FAR FROM CIVILIZATION!!! There aren't even any shops within walking distance! It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to the nearest store.
Phuket Old Town is an hour away.
The nearest shopping center is 30 minutes away.
It's an hour to Patong.
conclusion: IF YOU WANT TO TRAVEL AROUND THE ISLAND, YOU WILL SPEND A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY ON THE ROAD!
2. The hotel is already a little "tired": it's time to update the room stock, washed towels, bathrobes, bed linen…
3. The water in the sea is muddy.
The tides are very strong (i.e., you will not always be able to swim, as a rule, from 11 to 16 - high tide, from 17 to morning - low tide)
I would like to add about the low tide separately - it is so strong, in the evening people go out to catch crabs at the place of drought.

our flight was canceled, and we were brought and checked into this hotel, it was night, we were very warmly welcomed and quickly checked in, breakfast, to be honest, was not very good, coffee was not at all delicious, I liked the hotel itself, beautiful territory with two pools, fantastic sea views, the beach is somewhere below, but there, it looks like you need to get there on something, the staff is very friendly, but in my opinion it would be boring to relax there, since there is nothing nearby, there are construction sites and forests around.
