I do not recommend renting or buying a house in this house. The owner of the house does not fulfill his obligations to the tenants, the house is still unfinished. There is no cleaning, there is a warehouse for the owner of the house on the ground floor, and the stairs are dirty The electricity is constantly cut off, it's cold in winter and mold has already started on the walls.
