The hotel has exceeded all expectations! High level of service, very pleasant and attentive staff, an atmosphere of cultural immersion. A variety of breakfasts. I also liked the location of the hotel - in a fairly quiet area of Phuket. The rooms are very spacious, and there is a terrace with a fan and a sofa. The room also offers flip-flops, a beach bag, and a bathrobe. There are several pools, a water slide, and a diving board. The hotel is located near the beach with a very convenient shallow and sandy entrance. There are cafes, massage parlors, and a Buddhist temple. Definitely recommended for a relaxing holiday.
Great hotel. It is located on a steep hillside, vertically. There are a lot of stairs, but you can call the shuttle at any time. Good views, the higher the better. The building, from which the sea is visible, costs a little more. Everything is beautiful and thoughtful inside. The design is low-key, but very aesthetic. The hotel also looks beautiful from the side of the lake, around which there is an embankment along which you can run. People come here specially to run at dawn. You can also run to the windmill on the observation deck, there are almost no cars, from there there are excellent views of the beach and the Buddhist temple.
Bicycles are provided free of charge at the hotel, from 8 to 16.
There is a good gym. It is quite compact, but it has everything you need and is in very good condition.
The pools are all nearby, divided into zones. The restaurant has a very good breakfast. 5 types of fresh fruits, one type of fresh fruit, very good, proper coffee from a huge coffee machine, like in a coffee shop. Desserts, Asian soups, salads, hot dishes: vegetables, meat, European, Asian, omelets, muesli. But there is no porridge.
There is a children's playroom where 4 or even 5 caregivers play with children, but from about 10 to 18, so you can't have breakfast and dinner without children.
Of the cons:
The air conditioner is blowing. And it's kind of fickle. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's cold. We weren't the only ones who thought so. You try to adjust it at night and still you sweat and freeze.
A la carte dinner. Not a buffet. The menu is not bad, they arrive quickly. Salty food is often present. Trash kids' menu: hot dogs, burgers, pasta, French fries – everything is greasy, salty and fried. We suffered with a small child at dinners. He's hungry, and they bring mostly unsuitable food that still needs to wait.
The language barrier is felt: some employees do not understand English well and it is very difficult to understand them. But they are all very kind and diligent. There is a Russian manager at the reception, which greatly speeds up the resolution of issues.
There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, but everyone is decent, cultured and pleasant to talk to: we didn't see any drunks, we didn't hear any swearing. There are also a lot of Chinese, but they are civilized: they speak English, do not make noise, and are absolutely adequate. There are not many Europeans from Europe: it has become difficult to fly. Expats relax on weekends.
The rooms have excellent refrigerators: you can safely store baby milk food that you brought with you. There are no curds and kefir in Thailand, it's better to bring more with you. Butter here with margarine.
The room has a convenient device for all kinds of charging. You don't need an adapter.
Overall, the hotel seemed half-empty and very sparsely populated, but judging by the light in the rooms, almost everything was occupied.
Great 5! We had a family vacation with 3 children from 21.02-03.03, took full board.
The room was a family room, two rooms, quite comfortable for a family. The disadvantages of the room are noisy air conditioners, no wardrobe and towel hooks. Our room was on a mountain, you could get up and down by calling, we mostly walked and took elevators.
A good breakfast buffet, there are Thai and European food, pastries, fruits-watermelons, melons, papayas, pineapples.
Dinner and lunch at the boarding house are served according to the menu, which also includes Thai and European dishes. You can order one dish from three sections -salad or soups, second course, dessert. The portions are large, everything is delicious! For kids up to 4 years old, the Children's menu - I still didn't understand why it was possible to order only one dish from the 3 sections, that is, I took, for example, dessert or soup and the rest is already paid for. Drinks at the boarding house are all paid, water-60 baht, beer-140 baht. Once a week for dinner there is a buffet, seafood and grilled meat, etc., live music. There is also a fair, a show and a street food market in the parking lot on Wednesdays, very atmospheric!
The staff and managers are well done, they are trying their best!
Swimming pools are just great! There is a slide for children and a diving tower with a deep diving pool.
There is also table tennis and a kids' club where children play, no matter what language they speak. There are plenty of toys and games!
There is a road by the side of the road to the beach, the beach is good, you can swim with a mask and see colored fish on the left by the stones. We went to the nearby beach for snorkeling, it was also great, we saw the underwater world. From the hotel by taxi 6min. Kayaking to the island.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to 7/11.
In general, it is a very quiet place for a leisurely rest. Compared to the traffic on Katya and Karon, it's quiet like in a village, and that's great!
