I had a rest from 22 to 30 March 2024.The price and quality correspond. The room is nice, air conditioning, small refrigerator, safe, WC in the bathroom. On the top there is a small and clean pool with sun beds. WiFi is good. The breakfasts are of the same type, delicious and it is quite possible to have a hearty breakfast. Only the shower room... It's bad that nk is closing. No matter how hard you try, there's still water running behind the shower. The hotel is small, clean and cozy. The linen and towels are clean. They are cleaned every day. Only the staff.... Generally friendly and helpful. Only there is no communism between them and it is very difficult to communicate with some. There were some minor problems with the shower. It's not critical. The location of the hotel is horshe. Quiet, near the Malin market. The beach is close to 10-13 minutes walk. Overall, it's not bad.

We lived in the hotel in November 2024, so here's an honest fresh review for you: the hotel is really 3 stars, there will be no expectation and reality if you don't build castles. I will attach the photo below, in short, to take a break from the beach, sleep well and have a delicious breakfast is a good option, the staff is friendly and polite, there were no conflicts, we tried to solve any issue, the pool is cool, we went up to the 6th floor only for the 5th day of rest, before that it was not needed, the breakfast is delicious, there is definitely a lot to choose from! I wouldn't come again, because I still want to be closer to the beach, but I can't say anything bad for 3 stars

I'll bet you 5, I just know how it is in other hotels of this level in Patong! It's not bad for its level, relatively quiet and clean. But there is one disadvantage- the smell in the sewer room. Russian tourists suggested how to remove it- just turn on the water every time you enter the room for 3-5 minutes.... I had a rest from 23.02- 05.03.25

I do not recommend the hotel.
1. There was often no water, and not for 10 minutes, but for hours. The employees argue that they are buying water, and it takes time to bring it, pump it, etc.
2. The staff in the cafe is the same as cleaning the rooms. Therefore, often when I returned to my room at 1:15 p.m. to sleep from the heat, the room was still not cleaned; they cleaned with me after the disturbances.
3. Breakfast is below average. There are few fruits. When the pineapples ran out for 10 months and I asked them to prune, the employee said they were out. I had to go to the reception to figure out that there was still half an hour before the end of breakfast, and I immediately found a pineapple 👍🏼

The hotel is generally normal for unassuming tourists.
This is not a hotel, but a guesthouse.
The sea is 10 minutes away on foot. Near the market , shops, salons. The infrastructure is there.
Positive:
- clean and tidy, there is no feeling of dirt and untidiness,
- the room is spacious, there is a safe, kettle, refrigerator,
- Wi-Fi in the room (not all hotels of this class, as it turned out, have it),
- you can take an umbrella or towel at the reception
- there is an inexpensive and delicious cafe around the corner,
- there is a rooftop pool, quite clean
Cons:
- no territory,
- a very modest breakfast . not a buffet. Omelette, 2 sausages, toast jam, coffee. It's always the same. But you can eat.

I really liked the hotel. It is located not far from the beach (about 800 meters). Excellent and friendly staff. No deposit is required. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided if necessary. You will have to buy your own toothbrush and toothpaste. And there is a shower gel and shampoo. There is a night market nearby where you can eat inexpensively and deliciously. The breakfasts are delicious but monotonous (rice with vegetables. Soup. Eggs in any form. You can fry a sandwich and spread it with jam. Juice. Fruits). On the 6th floor there is a small pool (1.2 meters deep) with a children's area and sun loungers. There are small balconies with views of the neighboring buildings.

Pros: the location is near the market, it's not long to go to the beach, the staff is friendly and tries to solve problems, the pool is on the roof. The room has everything you need. Daily cleaning, change of towels too.
Cons: hard bed, tired air conditioning, half of the rooms have windows directly into the windows of the neighboring hotel.

Hello, we were at this hotel in December 2023, we lived in room 310. Clean and cozy. There is a spray can. The view from the window was not immediately impressed, since the windows look out the window to the neighbors, but the curtains were closed and O.k)))
The pool is small, but clean, there are enough rods. We didn't see more than 10 people there.
Good location of the hotel, between the second and third lines.
There is a good raspberry market 2 minutes away.
Not a quick walk to the sea in 10 minutes. If you decide to swim in the Potong, then go north (i.e. to the left), it's cleaner there.
There is a good Russian cafe within a 5-minute walk
"Kolobok" .
By the way, there are no breakfasts, but there are many cafes nearby, so you can have breakfast there.
And so the location and friendly staff are great!

Good day! I want to leave a review. We had a rest with my husband at this hotel from 3.05-05/15.24. We will not return to this hotel anymore. We arrived in the evening and checked in right away, the room doesn't seem to be bad.The room has everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, a safe and even a hairdryer. The balcony is small, you can not smoke there only on the street or on the 6th floor where the pool is located. There is a safe in the room, but due to our mistake we did not check it and closed the money and documents there, and you can only open it with a key, but they did not give it to us at the reception. For two days we could not get it to be opened to us. The breakfasts are disgusting, there is no variety, only fried egg, boiled or omelet, a couple of sausages and Thai sausage with thin plastics, two more toasts. Moreover, they impose themselves on one person two at a time. I'll attach the photo later. There is tea or coffee to choose from, sandwich cookies, jam, it is impossible to eat an irreplaceable starch, only watermelons from fruits, and half a watermelon for all how many people were settled in the hotel. The room was cleaned 1 time and I had to catch the cleaner. The windows in the room overlook the city, which means that the neighboring hotel, which is located 15-20 meters away.It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea.By the way, I forgot to write that all this time our vacation was being repaired, the tile was being changed, the puncher was buzzing until 24.00 and on the night of our departure they did not let us sleep at all until 2 a.m. they hammered the tiles on the floor. On the day of departure, they did not give the brek-fest with them. They said that we were leaving early and the dining room would open only at 7.00. So I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

I had a rest in February 2024. A good budget hotel. The staff is super smiling. Cleaning every day. Change of towels every day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is always something to choose from. There are delicious fruits (pineapples and watermelons). Overall, the location is convenient. There is everything you need nearby. (Cafe, massage parlors, market, seven store)

Tomorrow is the same type - some noodles or rice, sausages, local sausage, egg dish (omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs, etc.), toast, jam, dry breakfast, pineapple and watermelon. We got the room from the trash can, so there was noise from the garbage truck.
