It's a very pleasant place. The obvious advantages are the remoteness of the noise of tourist traffic, but on the other hand, it is also a disadvantage when you need to get to the sea or go to eat.
But it probably outweighs the views and the size of the room. We rented a two-level penthouse for 12,000 somewhere and comfortably accommodated in it (4 adults and 3 children). I can recommend the a5 room for myself.
The manager is just an evil woman, because I went to see the hotel with the children, attacked me and forcibly restrained me until the police arrived, who then restrained her, she rushed at me and the children. I shouted to my staff that if they didn't hold me back, she would fire them all. As a result, I was released, but she went to the police station, wrote a complaint against me and I still had to pay a fine. Although my friends who protected me live in this condo and have a private apartment, and yet we are wrong in this country. Now my friends want to sell this apartment, because they still have visitors and they are worried about their lives!!!
An interesting place, amazing sea view (subject to booking with a view) there is a very important nuance, you will have to go uphill every time with a very steep climb of 70 meters, if this does not scare you, feel free to drive in, half of the taxi drivers do not want to go uphill, the apartments are a little tired, but the sea view and its own veranda They compensate for everything
The room is dirty and very old, the air conditioner does not cool, but you need to pay for electricity separately when checking out. The furniture is old, the doors are dilapidated, the shower is very dirty and musty. The room area is indicated as 75 meters, in fact no more than 55. The photos are absolutely not true. The landlord of RESAVA does not refund money for a prepaid reservation.
We had a rest from April 20 to May 02, 2023 with a family with two children. We booked this "hotel" through OZONE, paid about $ 1000 without meals and transfer. We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a sea view and did not cheat with this. Firstly, there is no information anywhere that this is not a hotel, but apartments that are rented out and all apartments have their own owner. And all this is handled by the management company. We arrived late in the evening by taxi, the driver of which thought for a long time how to go, eventually drove into the wrong place, then returned and drove into the underground parking lot of this hostel.Just before entering, we were very scared, as both bumpers almost fell off our taxi, as the rise was very steep at about 40-45 degrees. As we later learned, few taxi drivers agree to come here.We were met by a security guard, since there is no reception in this dorm, and the office was already closed by the management company. He gave us a key and an envelope and showed us where to go, he was friendly.I was very surprised in my practice, this happened in the first days after visiting more than 30 countries, it was dark, parking, a dead "hotel", not a soul, it seemed that we were alone there. The room was once very good, but it is already in need of repair. The Jacuzzi on the balcony barely breathes when filled with water, the entire floor leaks in water, water was collected in three hours, all the fittings fall off inside. The air conditioners are barely breathing, the fans are not working, and the extractor hood in the kitchen is too. There is no Internet, the WiFi router is broken, there is one Russian channel on TV and then RBC.When I asked to fix the router in the morning, the master came and waved his hands saying I couldn't do anything, I had to go to the office where I was trolled all day and eventually bought a new one.In the morning, we got up at the hotel and began internal cosmetic repairs, painting the walls, all the old plaster was eventually in the pool.In the afternoon I saw two neighbors, on the ground floor there is a bar that has never worked during our 12 days of stay, the gym is very tired, practically nothing works except dumbbells. The dorm has a tuk tuk with a driver, which no one talks about accidentally learned from the reviews.I found a driver in the laundry, he works until 16.30. As a result, I had to walk from the sea for 20-30 minutes with bags full of food and drinks and even uphill with 40-45 degrees under my feet and inside and the air temperature like in a sauna. So if you have problems with breathing and legs, I do not advise you to curse everything in the world. The hostel is located far from the center of Patong Beach, by taxi 400 baht one way, I also do not advise those who need parties. To go somewhere in the evening is a whole problem, as you remember about going up, it was good to have children, there was someone to send to the store. We were going to go to the center, asked the office to call a taxi, we couldn't, we had to go to the road ourselves and catch a tuk tuk.During the entire stay, no one cleaned the room, towels were not changed, the garbage did not know where to put it, as a result, they simply put it out the door, which stood for a day or more. One day a lizard ran in, another day a huge spider was found in the bathroom, maybe poisonous, there is a photo for whom I can throw it off.Well, you don't have to talk about the stink and cockroaches, this is the business card of Thailand. One day we woke up with no light or water, the pools are muddy, the elevator does not work and all this in the morning when you want to go to the toilet and wash up.As a result, they repaired it for two hours, you would have seen this electrician with one screwdriver with an indicator for 100 rubles, who seems to live nearby and knows a little about electricity. And this was repeated periodically, apparently, and everything there was in need of major repairs. And the most interesting thing is that when we leave, we are billed for electricity, my jaw dropped when I saw the bill of 6500 baht.I haven't seen any information about this anywhere, even in the reviews. And the meter reading is not known which one, which I did not see, it turns out that I have to take their word for it that this counter is just counting from our number. When I refused to pay a woman, she called a man and two policemen.Imagine what my wife and two children are 14 and 10 years old.It turns out that in 12 nights I burned out more than 16,000 rubles for our rubles, despite the fact that we only came to spend the night. And imagine that you ran out of money, that then, in prison with children, in the end I had to pay, the manager deigned to take me to an ATM.And we were also kicked out of the room at 12:00, allegedly they had other clients coming in, which was a lie. The dorm was almost empty. We had to sit in the hotel near the bar and pools and wait for a taxi to the airport, which was helped by a local tuk tuk driver, not a bad person.Although I offered to pay for another day, as I understood it, they refused on principle. Here's a dorm like this, now think about whether it's worth it.And also, if you come directly and shoot on the spot, it will be twice cheaper. As a result, OZONE reimbursed us for the electricity costs.
Stayed here for two weeks. It was a mistake. At least for recreation. It looks better on the outside than on the inside. Very high on a hill with a steep ascent, which not everyone will overcome the first time. On the other hand, this condo is off the road and the windows of the first building look towards the sea. It is worth considering when choosing
The hotel is not bad. It is located in a quiet location, next to a similar Jum gesthouse. The staff is not very friendly, but they do their job and help solve problems. For example, we were allowed to leave our suitcases for 3 days while we were leaving for another city.
The rooms are clean. Although there is WiFi, it is possible to use it only while sitting in the lobby or outside on the terrace.
In general, I liked it) it was very difficult for a pregnant wife to go uphill (the apartments are certainly not the first freshness, but looking at them in general, they are gorgeous) your own tuk-tuk takes you to the beach and to the nearest supermarket. But only until 18.00(
The hotel is on a solid C-grade. The price at the reception is $ 20 per day for two people from a room without breakfast. It's a very good option for your money. The location is great! The problem is with the air conditioners, and in all rooms, they blow slightly cold air. Ceiling fans help out.
In general, I recommend it! The price-quality ratio is pleasing.
Excellent value for money. The room has everything you need - a comfortable bed, clean linen, a wardrobe with a huge number of hangers, a mirror with a table, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, glasses, a table, chairs. The bathroom is clean, there are bath towels, beach towels were given at the request, but there are no hand/face towels. The sea is just around the corner! There are also all kinds of cafes, a market, and exchangers nearby... One day we went to the nearby Katu beach (15-20 minutes).
In general, I liked everything at the hotel, I would go back there again
The guesthouse. Everything you need is there. And the place is not bad and very budget-friendly. We just spent the night there and rested on the veranda in the evening. Therefore, respect. And it's two steps to the sea.
A very cool place!
3 minutes from the beach
Clear
Very cool and friendly staff
Rooms, it's like you're living in a bungalow)
If I go to Tai, then only to them))

It's a quiet street, you can't hear the neighboring bars. Clean rooms, towels, no mold. The furniture is slightly worn. The room is large, good lighting, 4 lamps on the hammer. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning. There are two wooden chairs and a table in front of the entrance. The room also has 2 armchairs, a table, a dressing table with a mirror, a chair, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers for TV, a refrigerator, coffee, a kettle, mugs. There are two roads to the sea in about 5-8 minutes.
I liked almost everything. Periodically, the towels were very worn out.
