We lived in an apartment on the 3rd floor. There is a kitchen where you can cook, with a stove, kettle and microwave, there is a separate dining area, a small balcony, a huge bed, charming staff, friendly and helpful in everything, with good English. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach and 7-10 minutes to Bangla Road. I highly recommend it.
We had a rest at the end of November - beginning of December 2024. We were satisfied. The four of us had a rest, we were allocated two neighboring rooms 308 and 309
The rooms have comfortable kitchens: stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, all utensils. There is a fan above the table. A couple of times, before the tours, we cooked breakfast in the room. Water was supplied in glass bottles, but not every day.
The room has a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, and a TV. There is no hair dryer in the room (if anyone needs it). Wi-Fi is good both in the room and at the reception.
The bed in our room is huge 200*220, and in the next room there are 2 1.5 double beds. Our balconies overlooked the green area, and we listened to the birds in the morning.
The staff is polite and pleasant. The requests were responded to instantly. The pool, as we were told, is in a nearby hotel, but we didn't go there, we preferred the sea. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the sea - the beach is good. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, fruit smoothies, massages nearby.
Of the subjective disadvantages: 1) the stairs are steep (we lived on the 3rd floor) and not everyone found it easy, but again, free fitness.. 2) the cleaning service is weak, 3) the room is "tired". But to be honest, they didn't pay attention to the disadvantages... We rested, swam, sunbathed, ate delicious food, went for massages, went on excursions, rode a rented car around the island....
