Seafront with restaurants and souvenir shops, and a supermarket nearby. Don't need a car.
Different size apartments. Different price. Internet is ok.

Excellent residential complex, cozy duplex apartments 2+1. Good stable Internet, Fiber optic, is great for IT professionals. There are shops nearby within a 500-meter radius.
Of the disadvantages, the apartments are small, 2 + 1 about 60-70 meters no more. And there is no place for additional furniture anymore, there is not much free space. If you need to put a table for work, then there is nowhere else
